Scam of a hotel….run! The hotel was NOT as described, and a manor health concern. The rooms were extremely moldy. We were coughing with minutes and couldn't breath!!! We asked to switch rooms immediately after checking in and the second room was worse. The guy at the front desk assured us we would be refunded if we left and to call the manager the next day from 9-6. The manager never returned our call. The hotel started blocking our call and would take the phone off the receiver but not answer. I reached out to travelocity and the hotel will not respond to them either. We had booked for several days and were not given a refund. This hotel is NASTY and a major health concern. Do not get fooled by the obvious fake reviews and the “fake” manger responses to the reviews. Comfort Suites due better! I filed a compliant with the BBB and Comfort Suites corp.

I travel for work and stay in plenty of hotels, this one was excellent. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice floor plan, and last but not least, best hotel breakfast I've ever ate. If I had a complaint, it would be the little square pillows. Some ppl may like them better but I never can get used to them.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The beds had holes in sheets, the floor was stain, and the chairs were nasty. The pullout bed was painful to sleep in. The toliet did not flush correctly, even the toilet holder was failing out the wall. Shower curtains hanging halfway out the wall. There was even a bad smell. They will not refund you. Pool never open because reports of worms coming out the hot tub. Also worms coming out the shower head. Something is very wrong here. I would take extreme caution if you have kids, sick, or care about your health.

Upon checking in, we weren't told that the card on hold was being charged at check in. We usually pay at the end of our stay and use a different card. They couldn't fix the error, so we weren't able to get our reward points for this stay. We thought that was very odd to pay at check in. The pool appeared to be under construction, so we didn't get to use the pool. There was no mention of the pool being under renovation. That was another disappointment as we really wanted to go swimming. The breakfast was decent; at least it was hot breakfast and the eggs weren't runny, the sausage was more cooked, and the biscuits were hot. In the first room we received, the tub had the most of the paint peeled off. We were given another room that was better aside from the door having a slight crack, so at night, the hall light could be seen and a few cosmetic things. I will say the front desk person, despite his mistakes/miscommunication, was trying for the most part. That's the only reason why I was able to remain calm and patient. He apologized for the misunderstandings.

Positive: The air conditioning worked well in our room and it was very clean. Negative: The pool was under renovations and this was not disclosed before we booked the room. The pool and hot tub was half the reason I wanted to stay. Also, I called the front desk for an extra comforter and the attendant told me there were no extras.

Only booked for the pool I brought my whole family down just to find out it’s been under construction since March. Sadly I booked through booking and the man at the counter is no help he says there is no manager and after countless calls and emails no one is getting back to us. Don’t book here they are a scam. After checking in because they refused to answer the phone or an email we head to the rooms which smelled moldy and felt humid form I’m assuming it’s plumbing issues because the bathroom reeked. At 9:00am the fire alarm goes off no staff directing anyone I saw multiple people going back into the building only to have to exit again when the alarm went off again. absolutely no one gave an all clear or even acknowledge the guests. I will be calling the Texas health and human services. Response: the fact that you have negative reviews for these same issues makes me believe this is exactly how you run your business taking advantage of people by advertising amenities that you don’t have and counting on the fact that people will not read or know about your terrible business tactics. You are ruining people’s trips by not contacting your third party booking to inform them your hotel is not as advertised or have the decency to post this on your OWN website. you hide from them when they try to contact you knowing they are liable if they return customers hard earned money without approval from the property.

I ended up not even staying one night at the hotel. The first room had a dirty tub, rust everywhere, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t open all the way, and there were stains all over the floor. They ended up putting me in another room, which was only slightly cleaner. I laid down on the bed for five minutes, and every exposed piece of skin started itching. Something on their sheets caused an allergic reaction. At that point, I went to the front desk and told them that the rooms were unacceptable and I would not be staying at that establishment, especially considering I wouldn’t be able to even sleep on the bed. I ended up making arrangements at another hotel, checked the room first just to be sure, and ended up staying at that other hotel that was much cleaner and the sheets did not cause an allergic reaction on my skin. I’ll be appalled if I actually get charged for the stay, especially since I told the manager that evening to check me out right away. I brought all of my concerns to the manager, and at the end of the day, he just didn’t care.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They advertised an indoor pool, which was the reason we decided to go with this hotel. However, it was apparently under construction. We had looked prior to booking, and there was nothing on the website indicating the pool was out of service or that construction was happening. Of course, when asked about why it wasn't posted, the staff said it was on the website. However, when asked to show us where it was listed on the website, the staff member was unable to find such a post. Also, the room had a strange smell to it, and the sheets were dirty. They had little brown stains or dirt or something on them. The room also had streaks of something on the wall next to the bed, and the couch area was filthy. We did ask for the sheets to be changed and the room to be cleaned, but we really just wanted to leave and stay elsewhere. However, just to top it off, when we asked for a refund or to speak to a manager about these issues, the front desk staff said they could forward a message but wouldn't hear back from a manager until Monday - it was Friday. So, we were denied a refund because that needed a manager's approval and was not guaranteed even after contacting a manager. Thus, we continued to stay so as not to be out the money, but it was a horrible hotel. I cannot stress enough that this place is not worth your time or money.
