Comfort Suites Stafford Sugarland - Hotel in Stafford - 4820 Techniplex Dr, USA

The rooms were good but the service was terrible. The person who worked the front desk Saturday morning was so rude and condescending. During breakfast, the front desk staff accused many of the people in my group of not being patrons and stopped bringing more breakfast items. They were patrons. Then my room toilet started backing up so we called the front desk (it wasn’t our fault and was doing that from when we got the room). He told us to come get a plunger and that maintenance may or may not be there so we should handle it ourselves.

In the wake of Hurricane Beryl my family spent a day seeking out a hotel while we were on day 3 without power in our home. Of course we’re were thankful that we were able to find a room after being told that several hotels had no vacancies or were also without power. We paid $288 for a room with a single king bed. The room was in disrepair, sprinkler system hanging from the ceiling, the mini fridge smelled awful, the TV wasn’t working, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. It is already disgusting that they would price gouge and take advantage of consumers at a time that many people are in need after the storm’s devastation but to also have the room in this condition was disgusting. Luckily my husband went back to check on our home and the power was on so we left before we even went to sleep. Not even the money we spent was worth spending another minute in that place. This Comfort Suites should be classified as a MOTEL at best. Will never return or recommend.

Usually not one to complain, but this is inexcusable. My wife and I spent roughly 400 on two rooms for our family’s as we were passing through. Upon entering, the lobby and hallways smelled strongly of marajuana. We found a live roach in my bathroom. The pool/hot-tub were absolutely disgusting, (dark green and full of debris) which was the main reason we booked the hotel. We found a stain on the pillow of who knows what. Breakfast wasn’t the best or clean, the tables were filthy, counters were cluttered and dirty as well. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I had a reservation. I checked in was given a room, the room was taken back, I had to wait for another room to be cleaned. This is at 6:00 in the evening. I was not given a double that I paid for but a king which is cheaper, though I was charged the double rate and not refunded the money. In addition to being charged an additional $13.11 for what I have no idea. I will have the credit card company correct the mistake. The hotel charged me $550.99 and reversed that charge, I would not trust them to correct 18 dollar overcharge, needless to say that was my last reservation at this location.

Hey everybody that’s reading do not come to this hotel I am warning you please. This hotel is so dirty and the carpet has stains on them. We found a cockroach in are room . The room smelled like straight marijuana and the smoke detectors do not work. Please am begging you cuz am trying to help cuz if I knew this I would have not gone to this filthy dirty hotel. The only thing I can say good about this hotel is the service the man there was kind. The hotel we only stayed only stayed there for a day that’s how dirty and filthy it was. I repeat and scream with my whole chest “ DO NOT COME HER”!

They didn’t want to honor my Choice membership and we had to fight for late checkout… the room had a badly stained couch and stains on the headboard… the carpet in the room and hall was filthy. Only deserved two stars because the bed was comfortable and the location was good.

I wouldn't stay here again if it were free. The room was overpriced for one night, a jacuzzi suite was $184. After being on hold for over an hour, I drove to the location to book I showed the lady at the counter that I was still on hold with her. She showed NO apology just waved it off as the hotel was fully booked and she had been busy. The floors were dirty with spots and heavy trash, stains. The jacuzzi tub was filty. I exercise daily and the fitness room is barely in working condition. Nothing but 1 machine in proper working condition. We had no towels in our room after requesting them we were told it wouldn't be any available until morning. The smoke detector had a bag over it, as if previous guests were smoking and covering it up, the bed had several hairs and sheets weren't clean!!!! I would not recommend this hotel. It's private owned and they have dropped the ball sufficiently. Guests outside all hours of the night walking around and smoking, selling drugs. Again I wouldn't recommend this hotel to ANYONE

This hotel should not be allowed to be a Comfort Suites franchisee. The carpets and upholstery in the hallways and rooms are filthy. The room was is in disrepair and there was a cockroach on my nightstand! Where there is one cockroach, there are many. I checked out after 1 night because of the cockroach and they still charged me for the next night. I registered my complaint with Choice hotels a few weeks ago and no response. The staff was pleasant enough and the location is good but there are plenty of other hotels nearby. Stay here at your own peril.
