Rooms were not good. Not cleaned properly. The bed is horrible. Not comfortable. Leaky toilet. Carpet in hallway needs replaced. Elevator is slow and noisy. I really wish these property owners and managers would do more than barely the basics. Breakfast was so so. And that's being generous. Dining room chairs need replacing. Not what I expected from all the reviews.

Nice and clean with friendly, helpful staff! I give it a five star rating. Traveling is challenging enough; but when traveling with a sick loved one, it is even more trying! Your staff stepped up when assistance was need; my husband’s blood sugar dropped! The desk clerk gave immediate assistance with orange juice and candy! Thanks to the staff!

This was the WORST experience I have had with a hotel. If you want to sleep in filth, save your money for a super 8. I booked my trip a month in advance, upon arrival to my room I was baffled. Puke was left on the door, my bathroom vent was hanging from the ceiling ?! Curtains were stained with god knows what, and my outlet was also hanging from the wall. Sadly google would not allow the videos, but it only gets better my tv was not properly mounted, nor was my sink facet so both were inaccessible and wiggling loose. When I had confronted the front desk they did not offer to switch me rooms only “made a note” as if that was acceptable! I cut my stay short as I was not sleeping in that room another night. I informed them I would be contacting the general manager of the hotel and would like an information card. Later then finding out the business card they had given me was also incorrect. I had given the hotel plenty of time to contact me with the inconvenience and an apology and now they avoid confrontation.

Positive: We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is consistently clean, well maintained, quiet, and the staff is capable and friendly. It is near everything you could want to eat, shop for, do for leisure. Negative: The only thing I don't like is that depending on what's going on, the price is not consistent, but I guess that's what all hotels do (and I think it's terribly wrong). We paid almost double last time we stayed here....same room, same amenities. Negative: ""

Very clean and comfortable . Staff was well trained . The pool was a huge bonus. Quiet and the perfect area. Only 3 stars for location because my drive to work was all road construction.

We stayed on Friday July 12th and at first we were pretty happy, first floor handicap room we enjoy the extra room plus we had our pets with us and can only have first floor rooms because of this, right after check in we got our things in the room turned down the AC as it was stuffy when we walked in and then went to meet my mom and daughter for lunch and some shopping at Legends, my daughter in law wanted to go back to the room to take the kids for a swim while the rest of us stayed at Legends and texted us that the pool was freezing cold to cold for the kids to stay in too long so she came back to legends to rejoin us, we decided to have dinner and then returned to the hotel at around 9:00pm and the room was stifling, I went to the front desk and informed them that the AC was not working in our room and all I got was " why didn't you tell us sooner" well we were out doing stuff with family, so she said she would send Thomas to look at it. About 20 hot minutes later he showed up, at this point I opened the door to the room to just let in some cool hall air, about 30 minutes and some WD40 later he said ok it should get cooler in bit and left,well that did not happen, So I went back to the front desk profusely sweating and said nope it's not cooler at all, so she said we'll the AC unit probably needs to be replaced and would my son help Thomas lift it into place cause it would be too heavy for her, he said yes. She was also looking at my reservation on the computer and said that the person who checked me in didn't charge me the pet fee and I know that I signed a waiver about our pets but said she would not charge me the pet fee which is $45 tacked on top of the 199.00 I was paying for the room, well I don't think that was enough of a discount for everything that went down, basically out of our room for 2 hours in the late evening, a very hot humid evening, with two young children and two dogs. I will say the lady that checked us in was very pleasant, and besides the very cold pool and the AC debacle and the marijuana smell at times, it wasn't a bad place to stay, though not worth $200 a night. I also asked to speak to a manager at check out and was told they would be at the desk at 3 pm and took my name and number and have still not heard from anyone.

In order to review a Choice hotel, an online survey is sent after a stay is completed. |I have not received my online survey yet (stayed for one night (March 25, 2024) so that I can directly review this hotel. This is the next best place to review this hotel.||I had a 2 queen bed suite...the cushions on the sofa in the room were so compressed it was almost like sitting on the floor.||The bathroom had a lot of very long, very black hairs wrapped around the cord of the hairdryer and there were many of the same type of very long, very black hairs on the back of the bathroom door. More of the same hair was on the bathroom vanity.||There was a used dried washcloth draped over the top of the bathroom door. ||One pillow case had something dark dried on it.||On the Choice Hotel website this hotel gets a 4.2/5 rating. Apparently none of those reviewers experienced the disgust that I experienced.||I was very glad to check out of that room and out of that hotel.

The room was a nice size and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is very close to great restaurants and shopping. We were quite impressed with the breakfast spread. Lots of variety and the food and dining area was picked up and kept clean. The only complaint I would have is that the walls are thin and we could hear our passionate neighbors next door. But that is the case with most hotels, so 5 stars. A great experience overall!
