Comfort Suites Southaven I-55 - Hotel in Southaven - 7075 Moore Dr, USA

The shower wasn't clean. The hallways smell really bad. There were ladybugs and the room and blood droplets on one of the bed sheets. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. It smelled like marijuana not only outside but the scent was on the elevator and the floor that we stayed on. The only thing that was good was the service at the front desk. The hotel is added to the list of one that I will never stay in again when staying in the area

Please don't stay here! Had so many issues checking in. I was told one thing over the phone, when I got there it was something totally different. I booked this stay online. So, remaining balance should've been charged upon checkout according to first person I spoke with. When I got there, I couldn't check in, lady said my card declined. I'm totally confused because I booked this online and according to person I spoke to over the phone my card shouldn't even be getting charged yet. I was so pissed. There is so much more to this story yall. But please be aware of being charged twice if you book online. Besides that, the hallways were HOT! They didn't have the units on in the hallways. Linens were old, thin, and permanently stained! Had to change rooms because it was not clean. The next room bathroom wasn't clean and shower curtains were torn badly. Breakfast was not pleasing either, sausages didn't even have color to them and waffle maker super sticky.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Comfort Inn Southaven I-55. My plans to stay at the hotel on August 17-18, 2024 were derailed when I received a notification on Saturday morning about an attempted double charge on my card. When I called the hotel, Deloris informed me that my room had been canceled and suggested that I book another room if I still wanted to stay there. I was taken aback by this response, as I had expected to pay upon arrival and was not aware of any cancellation. Both Deloris and Angela were quite rude during the interaction. Deloris even told me "you do the math" when it came to room rates. Deloris said a manager would be in by 7 AM, Angela said managers don't come in on weekends. So which one is the truth? When I spoke with the front desk on Friday, the lady informed me that I would pay for the room once I arrived. Poor customer service and bad business practices.

Pillows were comfortable but bed was hard as a brick! Breakfast was below average. No apple juice, no bagels, biscuits were hard enough to break my knife and fork and gravy was lumpy. Tried to check out and nobody was at the front desk. Stood there for 10 minutes! Even tried to call and nobody answered the phone!! 🤬🤬

Drive past this hotel|Don’t stop. |We were in town for a funeral and this just made it worse. |Worst service, room dirty (after we had to wait to check in because room was being cleaned ) , carpet dirty, pool was green and had hair and trash floating in it. |They pre authorized my card twice then said it declined so I had to pay with another card. So now they had three times the stay held up in my account. When I brought the double authorization to their attention they denied doing it. However my card company shows it. |Smelled of weed and smoke in hallway and in the room on the third floor. |Black hairs in fridge and tub and sink. |We ended up with bites on my two granddaughters and I. |Asked for a full refund from the front desk but I guess all management tuns off of their phones when they leave the property. |Corporate was no help but they should look into who carries their flag as it represents their brand in a less than flattering way.

We booked a jacuzzi room 2 weeks ago for Thursday and Friday. We were quoted a price and decided to book the two days We ended up having to be moved thee times to different rooms because of either the TV's not working or the jacuzzi. We ended up staying in the third room which was the same just on different floors. When we finally checked out by a different clerk our rate increased $50 per night and was told the rates increased while we stayed. They refused to accommodate us for changing our rate after we booked. They also had free breakfast for two days without any sugar for the coffee they offered. They only offered sweeteners. The worker said that his boss refused to buy sugar. This as well as the broken electronics in their rooms was horrible for $300 per night. Please don't book at this hotel. They are not operating in good faith to customers!! We will never book here again.

Been staying in comfort inn for the last 3 months job related . Till today , the employee JUSTIN went out of the way to help out , genuinely apologized to every guest for lift not working . I Complained about the tv remote , came right away and fixed it . Very Courteous and professional. lol , told him about the weed smell as soon as u enter the room and he assured me and entered the system right away so that I don’t get charged falsely Staying here only onwards

I gave them a second chance. First time they charged me for an extra night which I showed them I left, never refunded my money back after they said they was. Now I tried again they accused me of taking pillow cases and towels. I always bring my own pillow even one house keeper track me down to give me my pillow. So why steal yours. I work for a great company and I don't need your thin towels. So thanks again for letting me down. I will never again stay there this was the last straw if taking my hard earned money for no reason. I usually don't do reviews unless they are really great or really bad. So stay here if you have extra money to throw away cause they're going to take it. And for the housekeeper who lied on me I hope you have a great day and got a great pay raise for it.
