Comfort Suites Shenandoah-The Woodlands - Featured Reviews (53)
We really enjoyed our stay here. First and foremost the staff was extremely friendly. We stayed a week and the front desk people were always so nice and welcoming. Best staff we’ve ever encountered at a hotel. ||Our room looked recently updated. Everything was in good working order and clean. Beds were comfortable, and the sofa was comfortable and clean. A lot of tv channels if you’re going to be spending some time in the room. ||Breakfast was good. Had eggs, waffles (regular and a flavored option), meat (varied between bacon, sausage, and gravy/buscuits), apples, yogurt, toast, pastries, and oatmeal. ||Didn’t get a chance to use the pool/tub but it looked clean. Plenty of parking between the main/side entrances. Had a washer($1.50) and dryer ($2.00) which came in handy for a week stay. ||The location was nice. While it’s off of a crowded road and interstate it sits back enough that it’s quiet. A couple restaurants you can walk to. Behind the hotel is a pond with a .5 mile trail around it that was nice for a morning walk. ||It was an amazing stay and thanks to the staff for making it even better.
The staff was very friendly, the lobby and rooms smelled fresh & clean. The location to the Woodlands was excellent. We took a lyft there & back and I thought it was reasonably priced. I didn't go to breakfast, but my husband said it needed improvement. The coffee wasn't good nor the breakfast. I thought the price was pretty good for our room. Several food choices on both sides of the freeway. Idk if the pool was open, but it did look clean. I would stay here again.
The rooms were nice. Love that there was no carpet in the rooms. The shower head & drain need to be updated. We used the pool. They could've had umbrellas out for shade. The elevator is slow 🐌.
Not the best Comfort Inn I've ever stayed in but definitely not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in...
The rooms are a little bit old and can use a little bit of a fix up but nothing major... the entrance to the hotel is through a restaurant parking lot which is a little inconvenient and unless you know the restaurant a little hard to determine when to turn in on a busy access road right off of i-45.
I will say the staff is exceptionally polite and very accommodating!
The morning breakfast is serve yourself and quite good with plenty to choose from especially if you like waffles😂
It doesn't appear to be a bad area of Houston however if you worry about security they do have professional security onsite!

This place is so great that I need to recognize another individual who works here and he absolutely deserves a raise! Greg Dyck works night shift and this man keeps things beautiful, clean and working around here! He is very knowledgeable, caring, helpful doesn’t begin to cover it but let me just say that I don’t feel like I would be as happy with the place without him! To the manager and owners, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! He is so kind and works his behind off, not just got the customers but keeping the property clean and beautiful!
Tiffany is by far the most helpful and kind human being! I am so thankful and grateful for her especially with the disaster that we have been suffering through like all of the other survivors of Hurricane Beryl. The Comfort Suites in Shenandoah Texas is very clean, quiet, family friendly, has a nice sized pool compared to most others, has a wonderful little lake with a walking trail around it situated behind the hotel near the bbq area. The little lake is great for fishing, has several types of birds, many dragonflies and one of the most quaint trails to walk with your family or alone. Everyone we have met in the area has been very kind but monos more than Ms. Tiffany! The location is perfect with a Walmart within 5 miles, a ton of restaurants in the area, parks, the Cynthia woods Mitchell pavilion and The Woodlands Mall very close. With so many things to do and so many wonderful people, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, in any venture you may be talking! I will add more photos soon! Thank you to the hotel staff, owners and Tiffany for giving our family comfort in our time of despair!
Positive: all the staff I encountered were professional and helpful. Room and hotel cleanliness was good for the rate Negative: pool was tiny so did not use the pool, no one did while i was there
Positive: Location Negative: Night clerk owner, when asked for a late check out said check out was 12pm and was already convenient enough and refused to accommodate my late check out. He then proceeded to charge me twice for the room. Negative: ""
Booked my room over a week ago but when I showed up today the guy at the desk claimed my name wasn't in the system and that they were all booked up. So obviously they gave my room away and left me with no where to stay and all the rooms in the area booked up because of the hurricane.
Everything was great in this hotel. The only thing that I didn't like much was the breakfast. I spent 15 days there and every morning was exactly the same thing. Other than that, the receptionists are great. Super friendly staff.

Great place, very welcoming and super clean. The beds are very comfortable. The parking is great and in a great location. Restaurants are walking distance. Thanks for the hospitality.
This place is close to St. Luke's and has a nice little splash pad, playground, seating and picnic tables, tennis court, basketball court and bathroom facilities. Well kept clean park!
Came in for lunch. Was greeted by my waitress Krista she had a great personality and was very attentive to all my needs. I had Chicken wings and they were perfect. Would come back and ask for Krista again
I came to find this place through exploring Google maps around The Woodlands area. The reviews were good, and I wanted it to experience it myself.
We came here to celebrate my birthday. The place looks very nice and cozy both i side and outside.
Amazing meal once again. Most delicious fajitas we've ever had. The tres leches came as delicious as well. The servers go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience.
Sebastian provided me my very first ever iced coffee. I am a vendor who provides services here. We take care of their grease traps to help ensure purity sanitation and maintaining our environment. Sebastian was very friendly and pleasant. The locatio

The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will alway
This is the best Red Robin I have been to. The food was excellent, and service was just as good. We had 3 different employees ask if we needed anything. Definitely service oriented!!
You will not be disappointed. Our lunchtime waiter had been there

What can I say. It is, hands down, my favorite Mexican restaurant. Honestly, it might be my favorite place to eat; period. Service is always exceptional. Food is amazing. And let's not forget about their creamy jalapeno dip that you get.... Wait for
