Terrible Stay After a Long Journey.... never again in this hotel !! After driving over 2,500 km, my family and I were greeted by an aloof receptionist who seemed uninterested in assisting us. Upon entering our room, which was supposed to accommodate six of us with two queen beds and a sofa bed, we immediately noticed a missing pillow. When I approached the reception for assistance, the same staff member dismissively suggested we "sleep without it" and wait until the next day to request another. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this simple issue, her lack of concern was evident, especially since no management was available to help at 5 PM. The room's condition was far from welcoming, reeking of mold and overall uncleanliness, with trash scattered even in the hallways. This appalling odor was so pervasive that our clothes still smell of it days later. The building seemed to lack effective security measures, as doors did not close properly, and the mattresses were so old that the springs could be felt, promising a backache. The bathroom was frankly disgusting, never once did we consider showering without sandals. Each day brought a new unpleasant "surprise" of mold and odors. The only saving grace was the breakfast service, although for the last four days of our stay, there was no hot coffee due to a broken machine, which seemed to bother no one on the staff. The only commendable staff member was the lady managing the breakfast area in the mornings, who diligently restocked items even minutes before closing. She truly made an effort to accommodate guests. To the receptionist and the rest of the staff: if you are not happy in your job, it might be time to consider other career paths. This hotel desperately needs a thorough clean-up, renovation, and a complete staff overhaul to truly cater to and care for its guests.

As a Choice Privilege Rewards member, Inwas able to get a deal on a few days stay at Comfort Suites Sawgrass. I arrived on time for check in which was already reserved. The lady at the front desk was pleasant. As she checked me in and handed me the card key, she also informed me what time breakfast started. There was a quiet ambiance throughout the hotel. A large pool area and fitness room was a few of the amenities I saw. The room I was given was large, clean, and spacious with cool A/C. Along with a king sized bed and cable tv there were two small tables, a small closet, clean bathroom, plenty of drawers for storage, a sofa, microwave, and an in-room fridge. Breakfast was served daily Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 9:30am. Saturday and Sunday 7am - 10am. It's held in a large area with plenty of seating accommodating more than 20 people. Items being offered were: * various juices, hot tea/coffee, lemon infused water, milk * dry cereal, fresh fruit, mini muffins * yogurt, cream cheese, butter * self serve waffles with original and chocolate batter * bread slices, bagels * eggs and sausage links/patties in a chafing dish The area was kept clean and the food items were refilled when needed. I enjoyed my stay as it was peaceful. I was able to take relaxing warm showers, get some much needed sleep, watch some interesting movies, venture the area to get food and necessities, and come back to the premises feeling safe and secure.

I stayed here in 2017 so I decided to rebook. However, they said they've renovated but I didn't see the sense of the Renovation. The beds looked like some recently slept in them. There were unfinished paint, dents on the wall. The bathroom tile on the edges was dirty the rooms looked old. And the air conditioner leaked and wet up all the my stuff. Made my baby sneezed all night. My stay was only one day but unfortunately I have to return back to them after our drive up from Orlando for 4 days so hopefully when I recheck in they provide a better room.

I think the ladies at the front desk were all very welcoming & kind. But the hotel needs some upgrades. Breakfast was the same every morning. Cleanliness wasn't great. As soon as I walked in the room & took my shoes off I felt gradiness on my feet. My husband requested room service our second day since for whatever reason they still aren't offering it to staying guest, has to be requested. They came in and change out towels and soaps and trashes but didn't clean the floors like we asked and didn't do the beds. The TVs are very small & the AC worked great in the first room with the couch but in the bedroom was awful. Barely blew so the one side of one bed stayed freezing and the rest of the room was hot & humid like the rest of the hotel. Dresser drawers get stuck a lot and u can tell the furniture is just out dated. One washer and one drier on the first floor for everyone to use. The room size was nice but I wouldn't rebook

Consumers be aware. A $100 deposit is needed before check in. The hotel is in need of Major clean up and the rooms to be updated. The lobby upon checked in Friday night smelled like marijuana. The customer person checking in was obnoxious.The room smelled like mildew and molds. The lady who checked us in Friday night is absolutely rude, dismissive and lacked professional etiquette. When asked about why the lobby smelled like marijuana she had the audacity to tell me I can cancel the reservation. The hotel allowed people to smoke marijuana in the entrance of the hotel. They charged over $300 for 2 nights stay. The room ceiling is cracked, busted door, stentch of molds and mildew, dirty hallways and termites. I am surprised they are allowed to operate at all. Please beware! The people in the kitchen was very nice. The people that maintenance staff was nice. The ladies helping with bread and kitchen was nice. Staff who help me with trash was kind. I did like the breakfast from 7-10 that was nice. Late check out 12pm. The day staff at front desk was kind enough to say if we want we could changed a room but by that time we were ALREADY on our second night. We also told her about the concerns we had about the bugs and door.

The room was a great size and very spacious though a little tired looking. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but pillows were more like cushions, and the duvet was stained. The bedside lamps didn't work. Breakast was included and was actually not bad at all. The room, though, smelled damp and mouldy, it was terrible! I went and reported it to reception. The lady didn't even look surprised and immediately changed our room. Unfortunately, our new room smelled exactly the same as the previous one! We resigned ourselves to not changing rooms again as we were only staying one night. Although it was value for money, we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Thank you to the front desk lady she was AMAZING. We were so grateful for her going out of her way to give us an early check-in we bought her lunch. The room can use some maintenance. The bed was squeaky, but I slept well. The microwave only had 3 legs, and the end tables were wobbly. I think had we had a different room, it would have been perfect.

While on a 7 day vacation stay, we changed rooms twice. The entire hotel needs remodeling! The hotel and rooms have a musty odor throughout the building. My bed had human hair in one room and blood in sheets in another. Bathroom water pressure is very low. Somebody was smoking Marijuana in the pool area around children in the pool area and hotel staff did absolutely nothing. Also no security on the premises.
