It was a great trip with a good place to sleep! 😴 🤗 The front desk staff were all super friendly and accommodating! The facilities were clean along with our room. Loved the swimming pool area that was partly inside and part outside. Beds were comfy although a little firm. However, breakfast was the worst! It was unfortunate that both the waffle maker machines were not working properly. The waffles would not be baked all the way through. The waffle mix was soupy. Kitchen staff was nice though! Oh and I saw a roach in the laundry room…ew! 🤪 Every where else looked clean!

Front desk was quick friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. The lobby is nice. The room has that funk of bed bug infestation. The corners and floor molding is dusty and dirty. There’s a bite taken out of armrest of sofa. USB are loose and you have to careful not to dislodge your cord when charging. Breakfast was the saddest sausage n eggs I’d seen in a while. We both made a decision at the same time to get breakfast elsewhere. I’ll not be back.

Due to other guest reviews, we were not feeling great about our choice, but it was too late to cancel. The hotel is tucked at the end of the road and it’s slightly difficult to find the driveway entrance-you can clearly see it, but there’s no sign to indicate how to get to it. So it may take you a few tries. There is no highway noise which was a huge plus for us.|Our room was spacious and clean, with clean linens and clean bathroom. Interestingly, the bed pillows were very small, sort of like resting your head on a throw pillow. Bed was ok, definitely not what we’re used to at Hilton or Hyatt properties. |The complementary breakfast is a “pass” - there are so many wonderful options nearby, don’t waste your time in the cafe area. We’re grateful for a clean room and the check-in experience was just fine. |In short, our stay was unremarkable.

The young lady that checked us in was great. She made us feel like we were family. And the young lady who did breakfast... I like her. She didn't play. You were not going to mess up nothing. She had everything together. She wasn't letting no one leave there germs around!!

Horrible service. I made a reservation and cancelled months prior to coming. Well the hotel still charged my card and I’ve been calling for days to dispute. The employees have lied multiple days telling me to call at different hours to speak to the manager yet she is never in. Corporate now said the hotel told them a I refused to stay there which is not the case, my vacation days simply changed. They blamed it on booking online so beware !! They will scam your money and then avoid you. I still have yet spoken to the hotel manager and it’s been 6 days not even a return call.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and it was in a convenient location tucked away behind two major restaurants and not far from anything. The breakfast on the other hand was terrible. Processed powdered eggs, processed sausages and those bagged liquid waffles you griddle on your own that get soggy once the syrup hits them.

I am so disgusted right now, I don't know what to do. The kids are sleep and so is hubby so I decided to turn my side of the bed back to get in bed and what do I see, freaking dirt and other particles in the bed that I surely didn't put there. We haven't been to the beach we all showered, and we took our shower shoes off prior to getting in bed. This darn bed wasn't changed. They probably thought no one had slept in it prior, so they didn't change these sheets. I am livid, but I don't want to wake my kids. I had my husband get up and I took the sheet off, sprayed lysol on the bed (I did this prior but didn't turn the sheets back far enough) and we are now wrapped in blankets that we keep in the car. This is the nastiest crap I've ever encountered. Last minute decision to stay because we were too tired to drive back to Atlanta, but never again. I should have known better when I saw the dirty coffee maker in the bathroom of all places. I can't sleep, not even wrapped in blankets. I checked my kid's bed, and thank God it appears to be ok, but this one is gross. My husband laid on someone's dirt, and I almost did. This is why I do not like hotels. This solidified it for me. Nasty nasty nasty. Do NOT COME HERE. They need a cleaning crew and a complete overhaul of this place. Now I'm itching, too. I pray it's just my nerves. This ruined my trip.

Positive: All was done well. Bed was decently comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Plenty of clean towels. Would recommend Negative: The only thing I have to complain about this particular motel is, it is located in a "sea" of motels and not good signage.Iy took a few extra minutes to find the entrance driveway.
