James at the front desk was very accommodating! This guy needs a raise promotion or both! His customer service was top notch! We had a total of 9 rooms for a get together. They were spacious and clean! The breakfast was good as well.
Awesome experience at Comfort Suites Salina. Best customer service! James and Ashlynn were so great to my family and the facility was very well kept and over the top accommodating. They went above and beyond and even surprised my daughter with a bday gift. Great pool, exactly what the birthday girl wanted. Kids had a blast. Not enough stars available to give on the amazing service. Thanks for being the GOOD part to our 01/19/2024 day to remember! ❤️
James went way beyond to make our stay was excellent. We had our family Christmas the weekend of January 5th and January 6th and had 9 rooms. He was very nice to get us what we needed extra towels, cups etc. We definitely will book again to stay there. Thanks James for all you did to make our stay comfortable.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this inexpensive hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. Free Drinks were available at all times. It was extremely quiet and the wifi works fast. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn and this was even better.
Positive: The staff was amazing! James at the front desk went above and beyond! The staff at breakfast also had everything well stocked at all times. Negative: Pull out couch was definitely not comfortable
First, as usual the Choice Hotel is clean and comfortable. More importantly, Jimmy at the front desk at night is an absolute delight. He's helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and a really great representative of the Choice Hotel family. We stayed here on a Wednesday and again on Sunday and we were SO glad to see that Jimmy was working again on Sunday. He'll "leave a light on for you!!"
What a great stay! Loved the location, close to Walmart and so many restaurants. Staff always smiling and friendly. Anytime I asked for anything they were on top of it with no hesitation. Breakfast had a really good variety and everything was delicious. Thanks again comfort suites!
This is just an average smaller hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to get a new room key every day of our 3 night stay. Breakfast had a variety of options although for us we got tired of the same scrambled eggs 3 days in a row. Also on day 2 the eggs were not ready when breakfast was supposed to start . . . and the hotel was full. Our room had a king bed that we could only get into from one side or the end.
