This was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! We made reservations for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We got a room with a jacuzzi since I suffer from bulging discs and arthritis in my spine. We checked in and found our room. It smelled awful in the hallways. Literally like dead carcass. I had to hold my breath. Our room had a very strong coco butter smell. The room was filthy. The hot tub had scum all over! I wish I took a picture to show how disgusting it was. After looking at our room we checked out right away. We let the front desk know the room was gross and smelled really bad. The hot tub has scum, and we cannot celebrate our anniversary in these conditions. They checked us out and that was it. The hotel website I booked through tried reaching out to management to see if I could get a refund since the room was so bad and it ruined our anniversary plans. But management never responded. Do not book with this hotel! There are better hotels in the area. I had no idea this hotel would be so poorly maintained. Thank you for taking my money and ruining our anniversary. I will copy this review and post it everywhere I possibly can to make people aware before booking.

We booked this to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We were so excited to find a hotel with a jacuzzi in the room. I suffer from bulging discs and arthritis in my spine. We checked in and found our room. The hallways smelled horrible like dead carcass! I had to hold my breath it was so bad I almost threw up. Then we walked in our room and it had a very strong coco butter smell. So very powerful and overwhelming I could hardly breathe. The hot tub was not cleaned. It had nasty white/grey scum all over! It was dusty. The curtains were stained. Literally the grossest hotel I’ve ever been in. We did not stay. I could not bare spending our anniversary in those conditions. We told the front desk and they did not care. They checked us out and told us to call the website we booked through. So I did. They tried reaching out to management to get me a refund since they ruined our special day. They never responded so I’m not getting a refund. Such a shame a business would be this disgusting and scam people. Beware booking with this hotel! You will be disgusted!

We last minute booked this hotel during our roadtrip. Main entrance is under construction so entry is on the left side of the building by the parking lot. Reception staff were young and kind. The hall and room was a little outdated. White lights could brighten the room better but my other half didn’t mind it. Other than that, bed and pillows were comfy and room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. Love that they served turkey bacon and different flavoured waffle batter. Would stay here again.

This is my "go to" motel when in the Toledo area, but this last stay wasn't good. First it took nearly 1 hour just to check in at front desk. The front desk was no where to be found. After about 25 mins I had to find housekeeping staff who were able to located the front desk clerk. Once located, there was a back up of 4 people trying to check in. The clerk was very slow and seemed unsure of herself. Once we go to the room, we found two condoms on the floor near head of bed. Additionally the was a pair of soiled underwear behind the lounge chair in the room. I notified the front desk that I'd like to get a call from management but that never happened for the full two days we stayed. Upon check out I made the same request to speak to management but after a week and 3 phone calls that still hasn't happened and that's why I'm rating the stay at this time a week after the fact. Usually I'm very happy with this property but NOT this trip. I was planning to return next week, but I'll try a different property this next stay.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. I booked the king suite for 2 nights. Why would you put the ice machine and washer/dryer next to the most expensive room? Woke me all night. Breakfast was horrible!! Couldn’t even cut the sausage patties with a knife. I mainly booked that room for the in room jacuzzi and it kept shutting off after about a minute!! When you stay 2 days, they don’t clean the room or give you fresh towels. Bugs everywhere from my trash, which they didn’t pick up. Clock didn’t work,no ice bucket. No one friendly on the staff. The woman serving breakfast should be working in a woman’s prison. Looked at me like I owed her money because I got there before 6:00 for breakfast. The bathroom shower was the only awesome feature!!

This was absolutely the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. I'd give it no stars if I could. The room (107) was so nasty. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The floor and walls were filthy. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned. The headboard looked as if something had been dropped down it. The curtains and windows had brown stuff all over it. The Jacuzzi tub looked as if it had only been wiped down. And when I left and brought this nicely to the front desk, the young lady had such a bad attitude. She acted like it was really no concern to her. I will never stay there again. And I'd advise others not to unless they get it together. On a good note...the lady who made breakfast was amazing. Big shout out to her! FYI...They also ask for an incidental fee all while the room comes with incidentals!

My husband and I had to book this hotel fairly quickly yesterday due to bad weather where we were traveling to. The customer service was horrendous. We arrived 10 minutes early than the check in time. So we were told to wait, which was fine. The girl at the desk had the personality of a brick wall. Kind of rude. 2 times throughout the night I did stop at the desk to purchase some drinks and snacks and there was consistently a sign on the desk that said will return shortly. I could clearly hear voices in the office room right by the desk. Ladies talking and music. The last time I stood there for a bit and decided to just drive to a gas station. The price for the room was decent. Had I had some time to look further I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. I have traveled and this is by far the highest deposit I’ve ever had to pay on top of the room price. If you don’t have an extra $250 available for deposit I would not recommend this place. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Great hidden hotel, missing a pool but the room made up for it with a hot tub triple in one walk in shower separate from bathroom. Easy check in and check out. Watch tv while in the hot tub or watch tv on the bed. Separate sitting area. Sit down shower
