Comfort Suites Panama City near Tyndall AFB - Hotel in Panama City - 264 N Tyndall Pkwy, USA

Imagine spending over ten thousand easily just staying somewhere over the course of two years just to have your last stay be your last ever due to pure negligence and dishonesty on the hotel staff we had our entire blind setup comedown and if I would have been in bed it could have struck me and seriously injured me and the manager kept saying we broke it and that they have been there for over ten years and it’s our fault it broke because never had a issue until we stayed with them even though I tried to point out the blinds have 6 places for screws/anchors and there were 8 holes in the wall because they had already repaired it once but he wouldn’t listen and got very disrespectful and unprofessional and was not happy about relocating us to another room and we finished out our stay and haven’t been back. Go to best western off 23rd street it’s way better customer service they couldn’t believe how comfort treated us especially with us being diamond members.

This is my very first time staying at Comfort in, I enjoyed the relaxed environment, continental breakfast, the location, the excellent customer service from the housekeeping team and Bob the night time auditor. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Panama City.

Got sent out of town to work on the airforce base. This is right down the street. They have an indoor heated pool. I'm gone before breakfast is served. But they do have breakfast. Have a laundry room, work out room. Holliday Inn is across the street more expensive, outdoor pool that is not heated. I will be staying here for the next two and a half months. Rooms are nice, T.v. fridge, microwave. Closet, couch, drawers, desk, tub shower. I have no problem staying here.

A/C Went out at home. So a hotel it is. Disappointed the fridge didn't work. I think I could feel the bed springs. But the A/C worked great!! And the shower was awesome.

Overall not bad. There's definitely alot worse but there's definitely alot better as well. I've been here going on three months and it's been very quiet except for maybe a week total so far!! Hopefully I didn't just jinx it lol!!!

Don't come here if you want to enjoy a hot tub, because it doesn't exist. Drove hours for the hot tub that wasn't there. Room was very nice and clean on a good note. Probably better to spend the extra money on the beach and might get an actual hot tub

Bryn and Robin's customer service was fabulous as they helped me with a handicap accessible room for my mother over the Christmas holiday. The rooms were clean, comfortable, towels were fluffy and we always had more than enough. Tip: If you're looking for a "roll in" shower, make sure you specify that when you call. Otherwise "accessible" rooms just have the wide doors and grab bars, but with a regular tub. We'll definitely be back!
