Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was large enough for our little one to run around and play without being in the way. No traffic or airport noise but close to the main highway. Easy to get to the Children's hospital and only a short drive away. About 10 minutes from outdoor shopping mall, multiple eating venues, and entertainment. Great place to stay.

Clean but older renovated hotel. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Yard was not well kept. Had a good hot breakfast, sausage and eggs. Nice comfortable stay. Close to freeway and all kinds of restaurants in the area. Would stay here again.

Comfort Inn/Suites on Bedford in Omaha was very nice. Room was very comfortable. Hotel was clean, quiet and I felt very safe during my stay. Breakfast, especially the great coffee, was nice to wake up to every morning. Staff all work very hard. They each make you feel comfortable, welcomed and are quick to get anything you may need. If I'm ever in Omaha again, I'll definitely stay here.

I booked an award stay and was going to arrive late. I received a call from the desk at about 10pm asking if we were going to make it from a girl that made it sound like we weren't wanted. When I arrived at 11:30pm and walked in. The lobby was dark and almost scary. It had a bad smell. I voiced my concern to the desk and they didn't really seem to care. The room was nice, but do not book this hotel based on the pictures. The pictures of the outside of the hotel are not of this hotel; however, the pictures of the rooms, pool, breakfast area, and business center were of this place. The day crew seemed to be a bit more helpful. The pool doesn't open until 10am and check out is at 11am, but my wife asked the desk for a late check out and they gave us until 12pm. I found out alot of homes lost power in Omaha on 03Aug2024, so the hotel was very busy. Still not a great experience. I don't think I will stay here again. I suggest they at least post correct pictures of the outside of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfy, but the a/c heat units are severely outdated.

I am impressed with the bed in the pillows. The pillows are very comfortable and some hotels give you those skinny ones these are nice and firm and fat and comfortable. I do have a problem with the $100 incidental charge it takes forever to get back on your credit card. I can understand this charge especially for new guests but I am a rewards member and I am a very frequent traveler who stays with choice hotels all the time and sometimes it's not worth the hassle to go through with that.

Staff was very kind and helpful. However, there was a musty smell throughout the hotel, and when we checked-in, we found mold growing in one of the drawers in our room. The staff gave us a different room. Being late at night, we went ahead and took the different room and it seemed better. However, the floors in both rooms were damp to the touch and there was still that musty smell. The pool smelled so strongly of chlorine that it I couldn't handle being in there. I strongly encourage management to look into mold remediation.

Staff were fantastic, rooms were comfortable and clean, and it wasn’t ridiculously expensive. Free breakfast with different options and excellent coffee . There is a nice pool area where our kids had a great time. Would definitely stay again.
