Comfort Suites North Fossil Creek - Hotel in Fort Worth - 3751 Tanacross Dr, USA

Okay.I travel for work.So I stay at a wide range of hotels on a continuous basis and I stay at a lot of comfort suites. And this hotel is by far the worst. I have ever stayed at usually. Comfort suites are very nice and very comfortable. They feel homey, but this particular area was terrible. The guy who checks me in was very nice.I will say and the breakfast was pretty good.But the location is terrible, terrible.I Felt like something was gonna get stolen out of my vehicle. And I was very cautious on top of that. There was a toilet overflow and it was overflowing everywhere and there was only 2 towels in the room. I had to use those only 2 towels to make sure it does not overflow into their carpet. I ran to the hotel desk and told the lady. I needed a plunger. And I also need it some rags. It took her about 15 minutes to even bring any of that. And then the next day when I checked out they kept my deposit. Because they said that the towels were dirty and I told them about the situation that happened the night before. Then they went on to say there was makeup on the pillowcase. Like they have never had a woman. Sleep there overnight and it wasn't an extensive amount. It was a little bit of makeup on the pillowcase because I had didn't wash my face the night before. And I went to bed with my make up on.So they kept my deposit but it does not surprise me. Because of the area that it is in.I'm sure they pocketed it because I gave them a deposit in cash It went from because the towels were dirty to the comforter.Had make up on it down to just the pillowcase.Having make up our minds.So the pillowcase is one hundred dollars? These people are losers and money hungry. They don't have any type of hospitality training or customer service training. The only person that I felt like was decent. Was the man who checked me in and I forgot his name. I will give them that the breakfast was good. But besides that, the rooms were missing a lot of things in them. They were. Like half a** put together or set up.I would not recommend staying here.This place is trash

Rooms: Had been updated w/ no attention to detail. Stained bedding. Stained carpet. Heavily stained couch. Absurdly stained ironing board cover. Bathroom vent fan was not operating. Shower faucet was leaking during use. Ice machine said it was out of order and looked to had been that way for an extended period of time. Web site photos of rooms and pool are misleading. Service: Seemed like the front desk was always vacant. Three occasion of waiting for service at the front desk for lengthy time frames. Customer Service when finally served was unpleasant and disagreeable. There was a billing issue that was refused to be resolved on-site, was instructed to contact Choice Hotels for resolution. That is a whole other review. Breakfast staff was pleasant. Location: Convenient location to interstate for a quick escape. Hotels are needed in all the locations, this one just happens to not be in not the greatest part of town. Surrounding buildings even post security guards at their gates if that is any inclination. Not a great family stay location. Traveled here for business. Just needed the basics. Needless to say the forecasted 4 night stay turned into a 1 night endeavor before utilizing the convenient location to the interstate to another hotel.

From the pictures you would think you're staying in a really nice place but upon actually being there you can see that it's actually outdated and falling apart. The rooms were humid and took a while to cool off. Overall setup didn't make sense. The ROACHES were a problem, and seeing as someone else reported it in the same room(128) on a different review leads me to believe they won't call an exterminator. I'm inclined to call the health department. Nothing actually felt clean and despite posted signs of security measures, none of them were actually active such as locking the doors at 11pm. The towels were small and scratchy. The pillows tiny and flat. I was looking for at least one redeeming quality in this stay and found none. Usually I enjoy this line for customer service but had I not taken pictures of the bugs, I don't think they would've believed me. Also they said they would refund my points. It's been two weeks and when I called for the first time to ask since checking out the front desk was immediately rude.

Booked a room with a full kitchen, but it was not stocked with anything to eat or cook with. About an hour after we got there, the AC unit started dripping onto the floor. The maid was very helpful and came and emptied the clogged drip pan. I could tell she had done this many times before, based on her knowing exactly what to do. The cooktop was cracked. When we called down to the front desk for some kitchen utensils, they sent up 2 forks, 2 spoons, a butter knife, and a steak knife. Look at the attached pictures. They show how the place was stocked before and after. Never will book Comfort again.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. My bed had blood stains in it, when i went to complain and handle it with management about the situation they said they couldn’t give me a refund because they changed the sheets as soon as i told them.. completely disregarding the fact that i was already laying in someone else’s blood and their establishments grotesque cleaning efforts were not up to par. as if that mattered at all. While waiting in the lobby for the situation to be handled 2 guests came down with complaints of bed bugs and one of the gentleman said he had roaches in his room and the manager said he could only change they’re rooms. Honestly not worth it one bit. The gated parking lot is also a mess. No easy access because of the locked gates due to homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Trust me stay away.

We rented the whirlpool suite.  The first night we got in the tub without inspecting for sanitation.  I pulled a hair out of the water that wasn't ours.  The next day we noticed the filter was clogged with all sorts of nastiness. The bathroom smelled like mold.  Water pooled up in the middle of the floor so I'm guessing mold is under the hardwood floor covering.  The toilet paper came apart while using horribly.  We had to bring our own in on the first night. The shower head holder was broken. The sink was held up by a 2x4 frame that looked like something from a deer camp.  There was rust throughout the bathroom. The door frame had paint pealing in addition to the rust.  The bathroom and hot tub half of the suite had no air conditioning.  One of the two bulbs was blown and the other would randomly flicker on an off like a horror movie.  The toilet handle has to be held down to flush.  The shower head is filthy. The air conditioning in general was very inefficient.  We had it set on 60 degrees to keep the room somewhat cool. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat or lumpy. The curtains had a lot of stains. The breakfast was not good.  There was no chocolate chips for the waffles or any packaged options. We were not thanked for being Gold members upon check in and wasn't offered a snack, drink, or extra points. If that wasn't enough my wife killed a roach and an unknown bug was found dead in our ziplock with our toothpaste. At the end of the stay there was a roach in bed with us.  This was around 7:45.  On my way to get my money back.  At the desk now and being told that there is no one here that can refund my money.  I so hope the manager calls me tomorrow.  Update: The manager didn't call. I called the corporate office. One employee was very helpful and said he would seek a resolution with the location manager and to call back the next day. He said that if a resolution wasn't achieved he would credit me 32k points for the two nights. My wife called back and got a run around and very upset at the rep. She asked for a manager who she said was great but the manager was only willing to comp us for 16k points. She told him I would call back. I was busy today so we will see what tomorrow holds. Very ridiculous. If the whirlpool suite was this bad I would hate to see the regular rooms.  Very disappointed in this location and I'll definitely not be back.  I'm here regularly and wish I could find a good Comfort Suite location.  This has to be one of the worst.

Please do not stay here!!! I saw over five roaches in couple hours I was here. The beds are not clean! The floor was wet and smelled like mildew when entering the room. The curtains are stained really bad. There is rust everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting!!! I didn’t even stay for breakfast. The homeless sleep in the lobby. Someone from corporate needs to come and fix this place!

There were only 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. I asked the next day and was told I would get them in 5 minutes. We arrived back at the hotel 10 hours later I had to go to the front desk to get them. Lighting is horrible in the sink area. There was "crap" on the bedding. Prostitute in the parking lot and lots of homeless.
