Comfort Suites Near Six Flags Magic Mountain - Hotel in Stevenson Ranch - 25380 The Old Rd, USA

I checked in on 9/8/24 in room 124. The front desk gentleman was extremely helpful and expedient on getting me checked in!! The room smelled clean and was clean!! Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. Best comfort inn I've been to in America so far and I've been to many.

Unfortunately, my stay at Comfort Inn Suites Magic Mountain was utterly disappointing. The hot tub and pool were so murky. But even worse was the atrocious treatment from the day management. He was not just rude; he was downright disrespectful. It's a shame the younger staff members were kind and definitely much better at their chosen profession. ||As someone who books over 130 rooms annually for clients and their families, I know the value of good hospitality. Sadly, this hotel fell short in every possible way. The manager was utterly unhelpful, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I never book my clients unless I have stayed at the hotel with various situations. They did not pass my stress test. I would be causing more work for myself if I booked clients here. ||It's clear that this establishment relies solely on its location near Magic Mountain, rather than on providing quality service. I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel obligated to warn my fellow consumers. Save yourself the headache and find accommodations elsewhere. Comfort Inn Suites Magic Mountain will not be getting my business again.

Best stay for over a month. The entire staff from the front desk, maids, janitors, and breakfast helpers were extremely friendly. I really didn't want to leave. Never had any issues with anyone, and the staff always made me feel welcome. I already miss everyone there.

Nice staff but SO WORN DOWN. Everything smells. mattress had visible pee stains. It was rough. The room down the hall by the exit looked like it was broken into with a crow bar. I felt uncomfortable staying there. Would never stay again.

Positive: It was close to where we wanted to go (Six Flags). The pool and breakfast were decent. Negative: The room was very expensive for what it was. The drain in the bathroom sink and shower did not work well; drained incredibly slow and backed up. If you stay here, you are paying for the location, not the room or an amazing hotel experience.

Staff was amazing and super helpful. This is an older hotel. It has a bit of an odor but overall, it's a great location, great price and the breakfast was pretty good. I'd definitely stay again.

Great value for the money and good location to six flags. Sure it's an extra mile or two from six flags but well worth the drive. Decent breakfast, good rooms and well maintained. My kids and I often stay here primarily because of the cost. We do t spend a lot of time in the room and accomodations are sm similar to much higher priced hotels. It isn't a 5 Star breakfast but my kids have never complained as there is enough variety to keep them satisfied. Always plenty of parking and a friendly attentive staff.

Do not take your family to this hotel. IT IS NOT SAFE. -Broken room entry lever -Broken door latch -Broken outdoor key security door We had booked Comfort Inn for 4 nights recently and had to leave after attempting to stay a few hours. Luckily the Marittot's Residence Inn took our party of four in after hearing our situation. We arrived around at Comfort Inn around 5pm and once at our room noticed that door handle was very loose and hanging down ward and we had a hard time getting the key to work. We quickly saw that the room was very dirty and worn down and that there was hole in the bathroom door from what looked like a fist punched it. The pull out bedding in the closet hadn't been washed and blanket thrown in bag. The AC unit and fan was extremely loud with a clanking noise. However, we left fairly fast in order to get a few hours of Six Flags in before they closed and didn't deal with the hotel room until we returned. Once we returned back to the hotel and went to open our room door we found that half the time you didn't need the key, you could just push the door open. The front office clerk came to verify and evaluate and said to just put the latch on and we'd be fine, but you could push right through that as well. Then the door handle completely fell off as the cleark kept attempting to get the door to lock. We were moved to another room. This room was even worse. There was blood on the wall and on the carpet. The clerk insisted it was a rust color carpet cleaner they used. There was mold all over the bathroom and the bedding was questionable. Basically both rooms were grose. Not just run down, but hygenically unclean. But the scariest thing about this hotel is that when you walk down the hall half the doors and the frames look like they have been pried open and then just painted over to disguise it. It appeared to be the rooms furthest down the hall near the exit stairs, which was where both rooms we were put in were. By the time we switched rooms it was midnight and I went to my car to hear two men aggressively fighting in the parking lot. Heading back into the building through the back parking lot entrance, the door security key lock was broken and the door unlocked. We immediately grabbed our two daughters and left. Not only was this hotel disgusting in hygene and cleaniness, this was the most unsafe hotel. In speaking with other hotel attendants they indicated that this Comfort Inn is located in a high homeless and crime area, but they were still surprised at the condition and environmental of the hotel and complete lack of safety for their guests.
