Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base - Hotel in Warner Robins - 3101 Watson Blvd, USA

The hotel was comfortable! The kids really enjoyed it! The rooms were spacious! The beds were so comfortable! This stay was perfect!! There is a good selection of breakfast foods. The lady in the morning in the breakfast area was very sweet and helpful. The only complaint I had was that the indoor pool was super cold.

Rooms could have been cleaned better. Hair and soap left in shower from last guest. Makes you then wonder what else wasn't cleaned? Bathroom is very small and hard to get in and have room to shut the door. Breakfast was not very good. Hot offerings were waffle, instant eggs and sausage. Eggs were cold! Staff was friendly/nice and check in was very easy and pleasant process, however I don't think the stay was worth the 165.00 a night. Thankfully we just needed one night stay.

I spoke with a representative before booking a room. She told me to book through the Choice app so I did. Upon arriving on the property and checking in, I noticed my room wasn’t correct. I immediately went to front desk only to be told they couldn’t do a refund and had to wait on manager to get there at 12am. I had to book a room somewhere else and was stuck with their room as well. I unfortunately came back to property at 12 only to be told I had to contact Choice about the matter. Choice told me I had to check out. I went back to check out and the manager told me I couldn’t until they spoke with someone from Choice. Two days later I finally got matter resolved only to find out I only got a refund for one day. So I never stayed at the room and paid for it. I say that to say this, please make sure everything is correct before checking in because getting a refund is a HEADACHE!!!

Without question, the staff are super nice, accomodating and clearly care about the experience of the guests. Unfortunately, I wasn't quite impressed. My room was a humid humid sauna. I'll provide more feedback on that below. The staff did their best to assist, and many people you can tell enjoyed their time. For me, it's a no return to this one. Sad to say.

Check in was swift and simple and the staff was amazing. Mr Chris provided superb customer service and made the stay feel more like home and made my peers and I had everything we needed. Would recommend 10/10. Good quality for a good price.

When we entered our room it wasn’t what was pictured on the website. The floor appeared unvacuumed both lint and half a medicine capsule was on the floor. A vacuum attachment was left on the sink. We saw multiple roaches in the room. The furniture was filthy. It was in desperate need of renovation. We left and went to another Comfort Inn further from our destination.

For starters room had cum stains on sofa! Very Disgusting! Also room had paint and wall peeling. on top of that no TV remote in room and when they finally arrived with remote TV had lines in it. Bad connection! I ask for some of my money back. They said no! So no I wound NOT recommend this hotel at all!!!!!!

This hotel is at a great location, across the street from great shopping and dining in practically every direction! Check-in was pretty smooth, although there is a flat rate deposit for the rooms. It's listed on the hotel's website, though, so it wasn't a surprise. The lobby and lounge area are very welcoming. I loved our room (King suite), although the bathroom wasn't as roomy as I was hoping. Still, it was also as pictured so we got the same room we saw in the hotel's photos of it. There were kids on our floor. We saw them in the hallway. We saw them playing in the pool. But when we closed our room door, we never heard them. Not once. We were on the first floor, and outside the room we heard the pitter patter of little feet. Never once after we closed the door did any noise from the outside world bother us. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked (although the humidity of Georgia still crept into the room, I think because it was a window unit), and the tv screen was a great size. The room is more geared up for watching tv in bed, though, at least in the room we had. You have to turn it toward the living area. Still, it was a really great stay and the price was definitely right!
