Exceptional value and comfort! Our room was not only spacious and well-equipped but also meticulously clean. The motel's dedication to guest satisfaction, combined with affordability, sets it apart. I do highly recommend staying here.

When reviewing it's important to compare apples to apples. In other words you don't compare a standard mid-size car with a luxury mid-size car. This facility was excellent considering the value. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of items. Again, apples to apples. The heated pool was warm and clean. The exercise room was small but adequately equipped with modern equipment. All staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location was great. Quiet and easily accessible to major roads and nearby entertainment centers. Only four miles to Mohegan Sun and the same to Mohegan Park which was also great place to visit, and only twenty miles to Rhode Island beaches! The Air conditioner was dripping a little water on the rug but was quickly remedied when mentioned at the desk. Likewise, at one point there was slight (slow) drainage problem in the tub that was also taken care of immediately. So never any real issues. Given the Value and Location I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice midrange hotel. During the week the rooms were a bargain but on the weekend totally over priced. The pool is okay but with a little heat would have been better. The gym in the basement can use an upgrade and may feel creepy for lone people to use. The room was nice and clean and spacious. The water pressure in the sink was lame but the shower was fine, go figure. The breakfast was good considering the weekday price. The room rates double to triple on the weekends. It is near the casino. If the price is right, there is no reason not to stay here.

For the price point, this is a solid place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly, the location is close to Mohegan Sun Casino, and the price was great. We had an issue with our reservation and the manager was very friendly and helpful, and was to resolve our issue. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is included and the hotel is clean. The only thing missing is a hot tub in the pool area.

The only complaint I have was a loud buzzing coming from the fire alarm in the room. I called down to see if we could switch rooms and the person at the front desk said that all the rooms would be like that. He said that the hotel had been shut down due to flooding and that they had just opened back up the day before we arrived, so the sound was from everything resetting. Honestly it bothered me when we first got there but I guess you get used to these noise because it didn’t effect us the rest of the time. Besides that, everything was great. The room and building was very clean and had a wonderful clean smell, the bed was AMAZING with a giant fluffy comforter, the breakfast was awesome and the staff was very accommodating. I knew we would most likely be out late so I had asked if it was possible to have a late check out and they were able to give us an extra hour. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here 3 nights for a short vacation. Clean room,very nice front desk staff! Walkable to restaurants and stores. Everything was super fine. I would highly recommended them to everyone. Thanks once again. And i will be back again when i will come here.
