My Wife and I stayed here and WOW. The service is exceptional! Yes Amanda I am talking about you! She made our day in so many ways. She was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a ray of sunshine. The room was awesome. You gotta try the Jacuzzi room! Best thing ever! Thank you Amanda.

This my husband and I third time staying here when we come to Nacadoucha service is always great and there always someone available to help if needed. Rooms was to our stander we recommend comfort inn s & suite. Breakfast you have a number of things to choose the only thing no fresh juice to drink only coffee and tea. I give them 5 stars

This is a great hotel with great staff. Kristin is Amazing and very Friendly with a warm smile. The Rooms are clean. Nice indoor pool and gym area. The Breakfast in the morning is good and always fresh water in the front. I Really enjoy staying here on my Business trips. 5 star staff

Our AC compressor had to be replaced but it took several days of the hot days of July to get it fixed. We decided late Tues afternoon to move to a hotel and got one of the last rooms at Comfort. We checked in at 7pm and the young lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The next day Amanda was at the front desk and was extremely helpful in getting us booked for another night and Caitlin helped us today! Thanks for the excellent Customer Service of very helpful and caring employees and I will certainly be recommending Comfort Suites in Nacogdoches as a excellent place to stay while visiting Nacogdoches and SFA! We had a great night's stay here. We came in kinda late after a long day of travel and dropping off a kid for college and Amanda was so friendly and helpful, exactly the person you want to see when coming in from a long day of traveling. The rooms were nice and clean and they include a breakfast as well. There is also a pool and fitness center which is always a plus. It's not too far from SFA and if you are a student or family member you get 15% off your nights stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The services offered was great. The Manager Amanda and Alana has a great personality, made me feel welcome. The food server Karen was great also. Had hot food ready. I will stay here every time I have to visit Nacogdoches.

Got a room just walking in. Clean room, shower head leaked, no big deal. Nice workout room, indoor pool. I was impressed with the breakfast. Guy that checked us on was really helpful, girl at desk the next morning was nice and helpful, too.

We were so happy to have found this hotel late at night with a room to crash for the night on our super long drive. It was safe and clean enough. The staff was super friendly. It was what we needed in the moment. Definitely isn’t anything fancy. They did offer a breakfast.
