Amazing place to stay at! Very nice and clean, staff is also excellent. Great location near kings island must recommend. I met the manager she is so friendly and helpful! I think her name was Soonii if I am not wrong. She also helped my kids a lot during our stay as i was mostly on bed rest. I was very satisfied! The pool was also great itself and will definitely come again!

Very dirty, place smelled of mildew and mold. Mold could be seen in areas. Stains on bedding, curtains and carpet. Chair upholstery/vinyl cracking in room. Very bad quality. We wouldn’t stay there. Had them refund and had to go find another hotel. We were there for a sports tournament and had 21 rooms booked. To may knowledge only one family kept their reservation there. Place needs a complete upgrade/overhaul. We have stayed at other Comfort hotels or properties, and never had this problem.

To me this was my best choice when picking a hotel for my family trip to Kings Island. The rooms were extremely clean and they always made sure we had what we needed delivered to our room. Breakfast offered a normal selection of your warm continental breakfast. Me personally I like the make your own waffles and they have all the choices my kids eat. The only downside for me was there was no places to sit down outside and relax outside the hotel. This sign by the door is hilarious.

We stayed here a couple days ago for a trip to Kings Island. It was my kids first time staying in a hotel and I picked it for the location, the rooms appeared to be decent, and it had an indoor pool. Plus the price was lower than some other options. We had a two bedroom suite with a pullout couch for 5 guests. The room did not feel very clean. There was a musty, mildew type smell to the room. The couch was gross and when we pulled out the bed there was a bunch of crumbs all over the top of the cover sheet plus underneath the cover sheet. The hotel itself seemed a bit rundown, like the maintenance and upkeep has been deprioritized. I expected more for the price of the room. While it was nice to have a free breakfast in the morning it was pretty underwhelming. The eggs had the weirdest texture I’ve ever had for eggs. It didn’t even seem like eggs. Maybe it was just powdered eggs or something. Overall I was disappointed with our stay. It wasn’t the best first experience for our kids even though they don’t know any better. Lesson learned to maybe spend $30-50 more to have a more comfortable stay at a hotel.

Very underwhelmed and disappointed. The website makes it look much cleaner and brighter than it is. We stayed here as part of a Kings Island package. The location for that was ideal but the hotel is worn out. The hallways and rooms are very outdated with stained carpeting, dusty corners, and stained bedding and random hair on the linens. Our room was very dark and dismal with a musty, mildewy odor. My son described it as depressing. The couch was gross looking. Didn’t want to sit on it much less open it for sleeping. Also this is in no way a suite. It’s a standard room with a couch and a desk behind a chest high wall that comes out a few feet from each side of the room. I wish I’d read other reviews before booking this. The website and trip advisor rating of 4 were very deceiving. I trusted that it was an advertised/partnering business with the park. Won’t make that mistake again. We left a day early feeling very uncomfortable about the cleanliness. Someone noted bed bugs in a review a few weeks ago and the hotel’s response does not deny their presence.

The quality of this hotel and its service has gone down till over the past couple years. The smell of the room was horrible. It was musty smelling. I was exhausted and just wanted to get some rest. The air conditioner didn’t keep the room cool. The sound of the high pitch whistling of the air conditioner and the temperature of the room coming from it had me check out at 3:30a. The gentlemen at the counter after me giving him this feedback, stared at me and lower his head to check me out. He did not say a word to me about my feedback. After me telling him that I checked in at 11p and I’m now checking out after 4 hours. He didn’t offer me another room, didn’t offer to refund my money. He didn’t apologize for my experience at their hotel. It was a waste of $112 of my money. It was a horrible experience. I couldn’t even give this hotel a one star review.

This place would be a great hotel if they were able to get a maintenance team here to fix the smells and maintenance issues that I observed from my short stay. Smells: musky in rooms (so strong all of your belongings will be musky), 3rd floor incense/curry/musk smell, stairwell cigarette smell. Maintenance: ac units 3rd floor hallway not functioning, ice machine 3rd floor malfunctioning, shower handle in room broken, tv/remote remote malfunction. Rooms were a great size for our family, breakfast was good, and the staff seemed pleasant.

I booked this place for a work trip. My boss stayed at the Residence Inn just down the road, but they were fully booked when I was selecting my flights and hotels. This place was somehow more expensive than hers, which is shocking considering the differences in amenities and overall cleanliness. There are stains EVERYWHERE. On the walls, on the “clean sheets” that my bed was made with when I first got to my room, on the floors, on the mirrors…and the couch was so old and gross that I had to cover it with a spare sheet to use it. My room smelled distinctly musty and was right on the ground level. The window had no screen and opened straight into the parking lot. Would not book here again, but highly recommend the nearby Residence Inn!
