Comfort Suites Lakewood - Denver - Hotel in Lakewood - 7260 W Jefferson Ave, USA

Nice clean hotel. The room was pleasant. I especially liked that the king suite had the sink outside of the shower/toilet room as well as an extra sink by the microwave. Though I liked the room, the bed was too hard for my liking and since sleeping is important I had to take off a star for the uncomfortable bed. Breakfast had several choices and was good!

In town from east Texas visiting kids before they head into the mountains to camp, we chose this place. Our room was top shelf ( and on the 3rd floor). Comfortable bed, plenty of room, very clean.

Evacuating the Quarry Wildfire, we checked in at 2 AM, went to the car to get my 95 year old mother and was told our horses would be sheltered 30 minutes away. They would need consistent monitoring so we needed to be closer. Without ever entering our room we went in to return the key and asked for a refund. Front desk said that should not be an issue but to call back tomorrow to request of the Manager. This was not so. Bina Rathi, the GM had no compassion and no human decency. She kept repeating that, "Hotel Policy is that once a key is issued there is NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION." This GM needs to be trained in more hospitality for this industry, she needs to learn that in certain situations PEOPLE override POLICY! We will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites again.

We love staying at this hotel. It is consistently clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful with the exception of Sheryl. I called to cancel a room and she gave me major attitude and told me she couldn’t do it and hung up on me. My boyfriend immediately called back and she took care of the cancellation with no problem. Sheryl has no business dealing with customers and is clueless about customer service. Our favorite is Branigan, who is professional, courteous, and extremely competent.

This is a great place to stay for a few days. The rooms are nice. Most of the staff were accommodating. Has breakfast and a conveniently placed snack and drink station. The location is in a nice area and there are gas stations and restaurants within walking distance.

Fabulous and easy stay. Lee and James at the front desk were both beyond helpful when we needed some extra assistance as well as a morale boost! The rooms were much bigger than I was expecting, and there were no loud noises or anything that bothered my cat. If I am in need of a place to stay again, I'm going straight to CS!

I come yearly to Lakewood, Denver. This will be my 3rd year coming and staying at this establishment, and I will never ever stay here again! The old “India” (Vena?) lady was so rude to us. I had family coming and going to visit. We only see them once a year, but this lady called the room harassing us. She was so upset! I’ll go to great lengths to get this heard about this establishment. Disgusting people, being disgraceful, and discriminating against other races. We had family come over, and they wanted to have breakfast and swim before we left town. She said I’m going to have to charge your guest. Okay, fine. Then do so! She just watched every single thing we did in the building. Even as far as parking, we park a bit on the yellow line? All the vehicles were not in alignment. We booked 5 day we just ended up leaving a day early. Plus she did charge us an extra $100 for two people eating that morning. OMG! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE.

Room was clean and service was great. Beds were comfortable and this was overall a great stay for the price. Breakfast was lovely as well.
