Positive: The location Negative: The pool had mold and green, had ants in our room. Beds were dirty room was dirty! The housekeeping in this room was so nasty. Mold on shower handle. Thank goodness we bring our own clorox wipes!

I find it appalling that this hotel, in 2024, does not use bug/liquid proof protectors on their beds. My mattress and bedding were FILTHY. It all clearly has not been washed in AGES. Blood specs, dead skin, hair, grime, unknown stains COVERING the mattress and the bedding. Tried to move the lamp and the bottom fell out of it. Furniture is dirty and scuffed up. Even the towels were disgusting and stained. Watch the video of the comforter. When help up to the light you can see so many stains they become indistinguishable. I feel filthy even sleeping on this mattress. I only have 10 short hours here and I’m having to waste my time stressing over a bed so filthy that I feel repulsed even laying on it let alone trying to fall asleep on it. Definitely won’t be getting any sleep tonight. Hopefully I don’t get eaten up with bed bugs! Bloody specs on bedding is a huge indicator of bed bugs. If I do I will be litigating against the LLC that operates this garbage dump! This is a blatant lack of accountability on the managements behalf. Some property CLEANING and some fresh bedding and mattress protectors would make a WORLD of difference. LAZINESS is a dreadful disease and it seems to have struck the staff here terribly.

Regretfully, our stay at this hotel was just disgusting. The sofa bed had food pieces under the mattress when we pulled it out to setup but that wasn't the worst. The mattress had so much stains on it, it should have been thrown away! It also had missing springs/rods that made sleeping on it uncomfortable. Front desk receptionist was useless when we brought it to her attention. Thankfully, Kendrick, a staff who was about to clock out, dropped his bags and followed us back to our room. Even he was shocked at the state of the mattress and how disgusting it was. There were no spare mattresses to replace so he did his best by grabbing two sheets and two blankets to wrap over the mattress and sanitise as much as he can. Kudos to Kenrick. His level of service was 5 stars and should be made manager of this hotel. He will turn this hotel from the crappy condition it is in now to a much better place. The carpet in the room was nasty and we didn't even dare walk barefooted in the room. The hotel pool had lots of foam floating on the surface which was disgusting. I found bites on my legs next morning after sleeping on one of the mattresses. Our main door's handle came loose by the next morning and we couldn't enter our room and again had to head out to the front desk for assistance. Morning duty person was not apologetic at all and disgruntlely said he will get someone there. Breakfast nook was pathetic as the seat covers were all peeling off and food didn't look appetizing. Needless to say, we stayed 1 night instead of the 3 nights we had originally booked. Fortunately we were refunded for the other 2 nights.

The staff was so nice and helpful! The pool was great to have access to, especially on hot summer days! Everything was always clean, the continental breakfast was pretty decent, as well!

The hotel room was very dirty. There were ants, dirty sheets, used paper plates behind the night stand that weren't ours, and we saw a cockroach on the morning before checking out. The swimming pool was dirty and smelled like there were no chemicals in it. There was mold on the sides of the walls of the pool and there was slime on the steps headed into the pool. The floor was wet but the AC unit. Fully thoroughly disgusted.

Of course the pool doesn’t work. They test the water an hour after it should have already been open. Then they tell you to wait an hour to swim. She couldn’t care less about the kids waiting to use the pool first thing in the morning. She just looks at you like they’re waisting her time. Terrible service

Clean room, Quiet place, Decent breakfast. The only complaint I have is, I found what appears to be mold on the bath tub faucet and handle, this should be cleaned to a little better standards..but overall its a nice place to stay and I slept good.

A few years ago this hotel was a 1 star to me. I accidentally booked a room here instead of the Comfort Inn the other night. They have updated it and it’s much improved. The service has always been top notch. The only really bad part is the clientele is always loud. It seems to have a lot of activity going on in the halls all the time. Not unsafe, just motion and commotion.
