Hotel was dated but clean and smelled good. Breakfast was good but I would have preferred sausage in the gravy. Water pressure and temperature was great. Nice stop off hotel. I didnt use the pool but i saw it and the water looked clean. Would recommend as a stop off location, which is what we did.
Luke was really nice. The rooms were just ok. Old beds that were stained. Linen was clean. There was a very sticky spot in the bottom drawer, so I couldn't use it. Room 219. The ice bucket tray was disgusting.
Positive: Management seems to be good. Personnel was very good and friendly. Lobby and breakfast area was very nice and accommodating. Food was good and well maintained by friendly staff. Rooms are nicely sized and outfitted. Negative: Carpet in room needs to be shampooed more often. It darkened our bare feet. Toilet did not flush well, even after telling them. Housekeeping asked if we needed anything but no trash or towel pickup while we were out. TV troubled with nonworking channels. Negative: ""
The room was great, Double Queen Suite. However, the A/C wasn't working properly. You'd set to 63, and the temp kept going up to 74, and then the fan would kick on. When staff was made aware, Travis (front desk) lied to his manager about offering us another room. When the manager called, he basically accused us of making up an excuse to get refused for the weekend we paid for. Excuse me, Then the manager asked where we would stay cause we came in from out of town, we stayed at a different hotel in a different city. Traveling for wedding, reunions, etc. This is added stress.
1st time staying here, and we will NEVER be back.
I stayed here in 2020 and it was clean and friendly. I tried to stay here on July 4th 2024 and it was absolutely disgusting, everything was dirty and grimy, there was fresh wet water stains all over the ceiling in the hall way with a musty mold smell, large stains all over the floors, you can see the layers of filth on everything and while checking in a house keeper was talking to someone and stated, it's too hot today I'm not doing anything, and when I got to my room the table had something all over it multiple stains on the floors and the ceiling had water mark right over the bed with bright white plaster and paint spot that didn't cover up the wet water stain. I pulled back the sheets to check if they were clean and they absolutely were dirty, you could smell the past guests body odor all over the sheets, absolutely disgusting. Go to the other comfort inn right down the street, night and day difference.
I would caution against staying at this hotel for several reasons.
We were charged twice for our room. When we called the hotel, after lots of run around to even speak to someone that could help, they refused to refund the extra charge.
The rooms smelled of old smoke and when we turned on the a/c unit it smelled anything but fresh.
Staff was not friendly, but the other guests made up for that with kind conversation at breakfast.
There was a problem with our booking and we were charged twice for the stay. When we reached out to the hotel they refused to refund the double charge. Very unprofessional business practice. ||The place smelled of old smoke and felt dirty. When we turned on the a/c unit it smelled even worse, not fresh. |||I would warn against staying at this hotel.
What a wonderful experience in luxury. Checking in was so easy the staff was amazing . They were so accommodating and informative. The amenities were awesome, and handicap friendly. The room was huge and the king sized bed was so comfortable and soft. My son treated us to a suite, and sweet it was. The bathroom was all handicap accessible making my husband and my stay so comfortable and relaxing. I was able to take a nice relaxing soak in the bathtub , after a hard drive on the road moving my son across country. I am so glad to have had the best stay my last stay at a hotel. Breakfast was so nice, hot, and a good variety of options for everyone. Check in and out was a breeze, the rooms were awesome, clean and comfortable. Great place, great job to all of the staff. thank you for making our stay with you a relaxing comforting one. I would definitely recommend this Comfort Suites to everyone who wants a great quality hotel that fits any budget. Well worth the money.

Loved this downtown apartment for our short stay in Jonesboro. The place itself was perfect-nicely but simply decorated, had everything that we needed, including dishwasher and washing machine soap.

You hear about southern hospitality all of the time but Iâve never truly experienced it like I did for a 1-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro.

The prices are about what you'd expect. If you want cheap, go to Amazon or Walmart. But, the quality has been amazing. Even the products I didn't prefer, I could see others liking. And the products I do get have been proving to be exactly what I need
We love our hot tub. The buying experience was easy. The team showed us everything to help us make the best decision. They came out and made sure it fit properly in our space before the purchase. During the install, they also made sure we knew how to
Austin is amazing with the younger students, he and his staff are constantly encouraging, and guiding them. I have been so impressed with his commitment to teaching the young students how to not only deal with physical bullying, but how to be positiv

I love this place! My boyfriend and I will probably return here as our usual lunch spot. There arenât a lot of different, casual places in Jonesboro. This place definitely took first prize! The staff is so sweet, accommodating, and genuinely makes
We always love stopping by here to let the kids run. The playground is large with a variety of options, trending to older kids, but my toddler manages just fine. I love the red seat style swings. Also, during the summer, on weekends, the snow cone tr
Wonderful food and quick service, what more could you ask for? How about putting it into an outdoor complex with other restaurants, throw in lots of seating and a variety of games, and the occasional live band!

This was our first time visiting Casa Blanca, so it's really just an initial impression. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. I had a burrito and taco combination plate, and my wife had the tacitos. The f
