Comfort Suites Jefferson City has been a veritable staple of reliability, integrity, and hospitality for me in my professional duties. Over the past year and a half have booked nearly 200 stays and received all positive comments on the service and ease of check-in. The GM and the front desk crew are exceptional! Their outstanding communication practiced on a daily basis has contributed to absolutely seamless guest experiences. Their 100% accuracy rate in proper billing for special rates and exemptions, along with ensuring timely transmittal of subsequent documentation for every stay, is a noteworthy achievement!

I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional service provided by the staff at Comfort Suites, making it one of the most outstanding hotel experiences I've encountered this year. As someone who frequently travels, having stayed in over 15 hotels already this year, I'm very familiar with hotel standards. Despite initially intending to stay elsewhere during my two-night visit to Jefferson City, I encountered a predicament upon arrival as the hotel I thought I had booked had no record of my reservation. Exhausting all avenues to rectify the situation, I eventually reached out to Comfort Suites. Although they also had no record of my reservation, I made the decision to proceed with booking a room with them, a choice for which I am immensely grateful. Allow me to explain the aspects that contributed to this remarkably pleasant stay. Foremost, the staff exhibited remarkable warmth and accommodation, especially noteworthy given my visual impairment. Being legally blind and reliant on a white cane, I have distinct requirements when it comes to traveling. The staff meticulously catered to every need, even giving me a special room tucked way in the back away from the loud lobby and elevators. This ment that even with my super hearing, I enjoyed two very peaceful nights sleep! Furthermore, the suite itself was exemplary, offering ample space and a comfortable sitting area with a couch. Notably, the provision of six lamps within the room was greatly appreciated, given my reliance on ample lighting. The meticulous cleanliness observed throughout the hotel, with a dedicated individual diligently maintaining surfaces daily, further enhanced the experience. Additionally, the breakfast area was consistently well-stocked and maintained, with the attendant, I believe his name was Joe, providing exceptional assistance. Finally, upon requesting a late check-out due to my later flight departure, the staff graciously extended my stay without hesitation. This epitomizes the rare dedication to customer satisfaction that distinguishes the staff at Comfort Suites. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and unequivocally express my intent to return should my travels bring me back to Jefferson City.

Location was great right on the edge of Jefferson City. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and inviting. Definitely recommend for a peacefull escape to the chaos of travel.

Positive: Our room had an intense vibration in floor with sound of malfunction of something in criling..next morning at 8 am drilling and sawing in ceiling above...end of rest...we were too tired to switch rooms in the night...room needs a deep cleaning.. Rooms for clean water was hot in the shower lukewarm in the sink but other than that very nice room breakfast with typical of all motels in the United States

Over all experience was quite good. Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was comfortable, though bed was a bit noisy. Tv reception was below average, though not a major issue. One chair in our room and not overly comfortable. No dedicated plug for recharging electronics. Breakfast was adequate, though nothing special. Biggest problem was steep transition from road way into hotel drive.

Good location in Jefferson City. The room was a really good size. Also our room was pretty clean. Bed was really comfortable. The only complaint I would make is the hot tub was kind of dirty and the pool as well. I specifically booked the room because of the pool. So that was a bit upsetting but not a deal breaker.

Service is awesome at this hotel. Every staff member was so nice! The rooms are average, breakfast looked average (we didn't stay to eat) and the price was low. The front desk provided toothbrushes, new batteries for the remote, allowed us to check out a day early without a fuss, and called us to let us know we forgot our charger within 30 minutes of leaving. They are great here!
