I wasn’t fully prepared mentally for this hotel. I didn’t book the hotel so I was unaware of what I was walking into. We arrived late, and parking was heavily situated to the entrance where there was ample light. I was unsure about security and stuck to the crowded front even though spaces were available to the side. I did not unload my stuff, because the space was giving 2-star review. Check in was smooth. The entrance door was not. There is no sensor on the door so proceed briskly when using the accessible opening. The door will close on you. The room was suspiciously clean. Our window was open when we entered our room, and in the morning when we woke up and there was an odor of some sort, we understood why. We stayed on the first floor. The room looked like there was some renovations done but clearly the bare minimum. The room needed to be stripped, and carpets need to be redone. There were bugs in my room and I was mental prepared having seen the pieces of a carcass of dead bug when placing my bags down. The hotel provided breakfast in the morning, though the space was tight. Make sure you walk through the buffer before starting to prepare your plate. The waffle machines, for example, were not together, so I initially assumed that there was only one, until someone pointed the mini one out to me. The hotel had a pool. And it also has luggage carts, one of which looked like a laundromat basket. If you know ahead of time what you’re getting, then this hotel is adequate. I was too tired from traveling all day that I just made the best of the situation. And we were in and out as quickly as possible.

Let me tell you, you get what you pay for with this hotel. It was affordable, I did not pick this hotel, but because it had a pool and was near where we needed to be that's why we chose it. The pool wasn't even available when we got there. The front doors walking in are automatic but don't have a button outside to open them, and they are very heavy and fall on you right away. The button is inside. The carts to bring in luggage are laundry carts but worked OK. It was so hot inside. Our room was SO HOT! the ac was off, it was 99 outside, all our lamps and stuff was all unplugged, our phone didn't work at all. The ac after we turned it on never cooled the room and there were about 10 dead bugs on the lampshades. There were zero sheets available for our pull out couch and there was the most giant red stain in the floor. The lady at the front desk was kind but didn't care, my niece went down to ask about the extra sheets since the phone didn't work and they brought that up very quickly. It was also very very dated and had a funky smell. Do not stay here. P.S was in roo. 319 do NOT STAYVIN THAT ROOM!!

Positive: room was clean. bed was comfortable. Negative: The pool was closed, which was not noted on the website. Booked this out of the way hotel for the pool. Breakfast was bare. No knoves. No yogurt. Toilet was child height...dangerous for seniors.

Room was dirty and dated. Phone didn't work, toilet was stopped up when we arrived and were told "we could get a plunger", A/C took almost 10 hours to actually get cool, cleaning service was extremely rude the morning of check out... The only thing positive I have to say is that the front desk staff was very kind. If you're looking for a stay in this area, there is a very nice Hampton Inn across the street. I would not recommend this hotel for any other reasons than budget purposes.

We stayed one night and arrived kind of late in the evening. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning. There is a pool and work-out room but we did not visit either.

I stayed here mainly because of the breakfast reviews and proximity to the hospital. The breakfast was good. You can make your own waffles. There are danishes, bagels, croissants, eggs (still wet in the middle) and also boiled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, juices, and coffee. It was pretty decent. We liked it. The beds and pillows are amazingly soft. The only issues I had was the ice machine on the 3rd floor doesn't work and upon check-in, Sierra had stepped away from the desk and took a long time getting back to check us in. Nonetheless, the breakfast and the stay was great.

Front desk lady couldn’t be burdened to turn down the volume on her television when she was on the phone with me. I asked if they had a hot tub. She said yes. I drove 20 minutes out of my way for the hot tub that I had been shopping for. Got into my room, changed into my trunks and opened a beer. I get to the hot tub that’s outside, cold and full of leaves. I wasn’t happy about that. I went to talk to her about it, and I was told that I was drunk, and that I asked for a jacuzzi tub in my room. I would’ve been fine with that if there was a Jacuzzi in my room, which she insisted that there was. I did have a regular, every single day bathtub in my room, but that does not fit the description of a Jacuzzi tub. I tried to educate her on this, but again I was met with aggression and threats to kick me out of the hotel. I actually do believe that the police are coming. I won’t be back. White trash Brittany at the front desk, wouldn’t take any responsibility for the fact that she rented me a room under false premise. I asked for a refund and she said no. Mistakes were made on their part. I’m an upset guest, and rightly so. A simple “I’m sorry” would have done wonders at any point, but that wasn’t offered.

Positive: Checking in easy, breakfast included is quite adequate, location works well for us Negative: The carpeting throughout the halls is dated and just plain dirty. Toilet ran off and on?simple flap replacement would keep this from happening. Toilet seat was loose so had to sit very carefully.

Being retired from a career requiring 55-65 hour work weeks was somewhat difficult. I found myself needing something to do, so I got a part time job (20 hours a week) like so many other seniors. But, it wasn't all that fulfilling, as I found, I neede

This park is a favorite of ours. There is no playground, but instead there is a river that is always fun for kids to throw rocks in. If the water level is lower it is great for swimming as well. There is a section of pavement that is great for runnin

Great place for karaoke, people are Uber friendly regardless of who you meet. Drinks are decent, service is on point. Food was good for bar food. If you come to play pool bring cash :)
