Comfort Suites Idabel - Hotel in Idabel - 400 SE Lincoln Rd, USA

I would just like to thank the staff here. We didn’t have a great trip but the best part was this hotel. All of the ladies at the front desk are very nice and friendly. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Melissa who gets breakfast ready for everyone. She is super friendly and does an amazing job with breakfast here. That lady deserves a raise!!! We had a great time in the pool as well. Very clean and quiet. Our room was very clean. When we asked for extra towels and washcloths they got them for us right away! If we are ever back in the area this will for sure be our go to hotel!

Rooms were very worn and dingy. Bed frame was almost broke in middle. You couldn’t even use the pull out bed because it was broke down. Mold growing on ceilings around the air vents. Mold growing in corners of ceiling in bathroom. And roaches…

It STINKS!!! And there's no "comfortable outdoor smoking" area like they told me when I called, it's a half wall around a clapped out saggy picnic table with no roof! I wouldn't keep pigs in it, but the room I got certainly smells like pigs stayed in it, sewage!!! Embarrassed to have brought my family here, won't be back...EVER! Probably gonna have bedbugs by morning, can't wait to get out of here! @Greg Duncan.. The mirror is STILL BROKEN!!!

Hotel needs lighting and awning fixed, hotel needs to watch for guest to arrive. Breakfast attended needs to not be so hateful. Room was clean, good temp and bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was good too.

We had a decent stay. The building on the outside was a little rough, looked as if a tornado had did some damage previously. The lobby was decent. Our room had been cleaned poorly, found a bottle cap in the floor, the sheets for the sofa bed were still on the mattress. Our room was cold which we liked, but smelled as if someone had been smoking in there. The staff that we encountered were all friendly and polite. We liked that it had a pool and workout room but wish it had a hot tub. The breakfast was decent.

I have been going to this hotel for business for over 3 years. The condition of the building is rapidly declining. It the past few stays I have had multiple issues. This time it was a broken shower head. The stay before I had to switch rooms because of the AC not working. Carpets are becoming increasingly dingy. The building was also damaged by a tornado months ago and no repairs have been done to this point. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good but I wish the hotel would invest in renovations. I frequent this hotel on a consistent every other month basis.

Prices pretty high at $140 per night. The room is pretty clean but alittle bit sticky floors. Carpet needs replaced. Furniture scuffed. There's not much else to compete in the area so it's the best you can do other than a high priced cabin in Hochatown.

The morning breakfast with Melissa the attendant, keeping EVERYTHING full and keeping the breakfast room clean was the key 5* factor at this location. It was a very nice breakfast WITH MEAT and is so hard to find these days! The rooms were clean.
