Comfort Suites Humble Houston IAH - Hotel in Humble - 7502 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, USA

The hotel was nice. However, parking was a hassle when larger vehicles and trailers were there and getting out of the lot on the one way with heavy traffic was horrifying due to one entrance/exit. The room was nice, quiet, and spacious. The staff has been amazing!

Great safe location. Clean room and hotel. Despite the early false fire alarms everything was great. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Lenett was very sweet and apologetic for the false fire alarm We had a great two days stay.

Great amenities for the price and a wonderful staff. They were very cordial and helpful. If I would knock them on anything, the included breakfast for me was kind of lacking. If in Houston again though, I would still choose this hotel. Very clean, great staff, good location, and nice rooms. That's what matters more than anything. Did I tell you they have a great staff?

Positive: Quiet, Staff was very very helpful!! Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and I loved how it was a living room and bedroom. Oh! the price for the room was very decent! Negative: My room could've been a little more cleaner. The were several hairs in the shower, an eyelash on the floor in the sleeping area and it was hard for me to see and hear the TV. It would be nice to have the tv to swivel and just a better tv over all.

I am VERY pleased with my stay at this hotel. - Check-in was quick and easy - Staff were courteous and professional - The hotel was clean and updated. - The rooms were clean and comfortable. - They generously accommodated my late checkout. I will definitely be staying here again.

Staff is rude, elevators and pool doesn't work , and breakfast food is all over the counters. The breakfast sausage are half cooked. There's a guy there with a mental health issue that walks the lobby all day drinking a 40 oz beer , staring at you like he wants to harm you. The hotel staff says nothing to him about it. Clearly the guy needs help! They had a screw missing off the toilet, the entire toilet fell over. Water was all over the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Overall a good experience. No issues and the breakfast is decent for a complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Location is conveniently on the feeder road to Beltway 8.

What a total disappointment!!! I checked in on a Monday. It was painless but that's about where my pain began. Later that evening I walked to my truck which I was able to park on the side right near my room. There were several Big rigs parked all over, making finding a decent parking spot challenging. I went out that night to get a pillow from my truck and immediately noticed something amiss. My rear passenger window on my truck was smashed in and some of my tools and a vacuum were missing!!! Needless to say I was PISSED OFF!! Immediately I notified the front desk and called the police. When the officer arrived he was in the least surprised. He said they respond to this several times a week!! Where I parked was directly under a street lamp and on that lamppost a sign "24 hour surveillance" to which the burglars paid no mind. The next morning I spoke to the manager on duty who offered no kind of compensation whatsoever. And when I asked about the video surveillance I was told the police would have to request that and acted surprised this happened at all. I know fair well this is a frequent occurrence at this location. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY OR SAFETY!!! THEY ARE AWARE OF THE THEFTS AND MAKE ZERO PLANS TO HIRE SECURITY OR DO ANYTHING ELSE!! I paid $300 for a new window and valuables at over $500!! To add insult to injury, I brought ALL of my things from my truck to my room so this was not repeated. Upon checking out, I notified the desk I would need extra time packing my vehicle as I am disabled with only use of 1 arm. They knocked on my door every 15 minutes while I was trying to pack and move my things to my truck!!! Then I was told that since it was taking me so long I was going to be charged an EXTRA $40!! OBVIOUSLY all these ppl care about is their money and no compassion for me or my losses. I will NEVER stay in this ripoff again and I am now convinced they are somehow in on the robberies due to their lack of concern and the fact their corporate office claims to know nothing about the epidemic at this location!!!
