Comfort Suites Hartville-North Canton - Hotel in Hartville - 953 Edison St NW, USA

Our group VERY surprised at the quality of this hotel. I'm a Marriott Hotel (Bonvoy) person, but this was the weekend of the eclipse but we had come for other purposes. Thus, NO hotels of any kind within an hour of our destination--voila, we ended up here. Very nice suites! Love the little sofa area, the lovely bathroom, the bed, the linen (PILLOWS TOO THICK FOR ME) the breakfast (heads up, the scrambled eggs are cooked from a box, or whatever), the cleanliness, AND the wonderful staff. It is a lovely place to stay. It was quite booked but very quiet at the same time. The room had everything we wanted including a microwave area. Only odd thing was on other side of our king bed was no recharge station. They accept dogs as well. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY GOUGED due to the eclipe:|Apr 6, 2024 for 1 night at $199.00|Apr 7, 2024 for 1 night at $287.90|Apr 8, 2024 for 1 night at $274.00|Normally $110 per night when I checked today.|I'd feel better about going to this chain if they would not have REALLY overcharged us. Some hotels are mercenary it seems.

Clean and quiet. Looks like a new hotel in and out but it’s several years old. Chris was working the front desk and was very pleasant and welcoming. Safe area. Close to a home cooking restaurant which was nice. Hot breakfast a good one. We would have no problem staying again.

Loved this place. The suite was clean, location was easy to access and staff was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate my handicapped wife. I will definitely stay with them again, if I ever have to go back to this area.

All staff we interacted with was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and had many options. The beds were comfy and there were two pillow options— soft or firm. The pool was small but in nice condition and honestly bigger than other hotel pools I’ve experienced. Convenient location near gas station and grocery store and local attractions. I fully recommend!

Very nice hotel. Our king suite was great. Person who assisted with our booking went to great lengths to get us best price. Will stay there again.

Best kept secret in Akron area. I stay here to avoid freeway driving and to be near the Hartville Kitchen (ginger cookies are to die for). Clean rooms, quiet hotel, comfortable bedding. Love staying here when on business trips. There is a Giant Eagle (grocery) and Starbucks nearby.

This was the weekend of my daughter's wedding. Everything was going great until my daughter and her new husband weren't allowed into their room. My son-in-law accidentally left his wallet at the side of the wedding but he did reserved the room. So they had his name at the desk and his card number. My son-in-law wanted to give them his card number cuz he knows it but that wasn't acceptable to the gentleman he was speaking to at the desk. So my wife ended up putting the room in her name and using her debit card to pay for the room. My daughter was crying on her wedding day so how do you people make up for that.. I'm pissed off.

Decent free breakfast including eggs,sausage, biscuits and gravy, 2 Waffle irons juice. Coffee. I may be missing something. But it's right next door to the Hartville Kitchen, Hardware store and soon to the outdoor flea market. All famous h.
