This hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms are super spacious, clean, mini fridge has a small freezer shelf, front receptionist (Sai) was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. 30-minute drive to Holland and less than 15-minutes to downtown Grand Rapids, but worth the drive to stay here. We came for a Holland soccer tournament with 2-teams and our team could not be happier! We will stay here in the future.

Positive: I would have rather been at home, but our hot water heater went out. So we decided to make it easier & we all needed showers for church on Sunday. We picked a cheap yet convenient hotel room. Negative: It?s very old, dated, beds are very uncomfortable. I think i got about 2 hours of unrestful sleep.

They have bed bugs. Dirty Indians don’t care about it either. Charge a premium with the name up front but don’t clean. Outlets hanging out of the wall. Don’t stay here the breakfast sucks. Taste like it was reheated from 3 days ago. When we brought the bed bugs to their attention they just got defensive and told us it didn’t matter. Don’t stay here ever. Put them out of business. The health department has been notified for the garbage they are passing off as fresh. Had to go buy new clothes and get laundry products and bed bug treatment and go to a laundry mat on a work trip. After setting in a training all day. Just what we wanted to do. Than find a new hotel. And again got told we were over reacting when we wanted our money back and to go elsewhere.

This is not a bad hotel but expensive than it’s worth. Higher room charges might be due to the time of year I visited this place. Tulip time at Holland, MI. A lot of rooms need good infra related maintenance for example, in my first room the toilet door lock was not working at all. I had to request them to get a different room. The Hotel manager was helpful to shift us to another room. The best part is their swimming pool is open till midnight. It is right next to Walmart and can be considered as a plus point. Overall average stay location.

Amazing staff, especially dealing with my many questions as I was nervous to be traveling with a wheelchair in the middle of winter. The room was very clean and organized, with great accommodations for accessibility and I could tell it was taken care of often. There is plenty of storage space, a very nice bathroom with good water pressure too. Breakfast was also really good, and had at least 12 options to choose from with multiple drinks as well, which was really nice. They also had available snacks and vending to buy from in case of emergency at night that was slightly overpriced but not nearly as bad as most hotels I've stayed at.

Liked the hotel. Great price and the location is perfect. Not directly in the city but close to anything you may need, and the Walmart is right next door. Great service and I definitely plan on revisiting this hotel.

Staff is Amazing. Very clean hotel and decent breakfast. Anytime I'm in this area this is where I stay
