Comfort Suites - Hotel in Effingham - 1310 W Fayette Ave, USA

So clean! The room smelled fresh! I didn't bring my bathing suit or I'd be in the clean looking/smelling pool & sauna. We're just staying the night and dont expect a 5 star hotel like some of the comments. The rooms are definitely updated - at least on the first floor. My only complaint is the walls/doors could be soundproofed better, children and trucks are loud. We will definitely be back.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was updated and very nice. The bed was very comfortable with lots of different pillows to choose from. We had a nightlight in the bathroom and extra towels. It was affordable for what we got. We will stay here again.

The Hotel was clean,updated and very comfortable. The staff was caring and responsive The breakfast was also good with a good variety if selections. We forgot a personal item and realized after leaving. Cody a employee at front desk answered the phone went to our room retrieved what we left behind and is mailing what we left behind to our home. What a nice guy to go out if his way personally and help us. We appreciate how he handled our request Comfort Inn has a good employee in Cody. So glad we stayed at this location.

I'm traveling with pets and am aways leary of pet rooms. Many times they smell and aren't clean. This Comfort Suites is extremely clean. The rooms are very nice!! Im very impressed!! This will be one of favorite hotels to stay at while traveling.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Nicely updated rooms have a couch and coffee table, desk, dresser, TV (of course), comfy beds, bath/ shower combo with a safety grab bar, hair dryer, iron and board, mini fridge and microwave. There is an indoor pool and sauna inside with lounge chairs and bathrooms available. There's an outdoor patio with tables and chairs, although that is street side, so there is a considerable amount of traffic noise. Breakfast is available in the morning. Scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, sausage links, mini waffles, pastries, cereal, fruit, milk, and juices. There is a nice restaurant next door. There's also fast food and convenience stores within walking distance.

From check in to check out I could not have had better people to work with. The rooms were very comfortable, modern, and stylish. The hotel was quiet even though it was completely full. I would not have even known the fire department was there!

Rooms where clean and have been updated, many amenities in the room, and spacious. I would recommend turning left at the stop light and going to the north side of the building parking lot. Traffic and construction right now make it alittle chaotic trying to pull in to the little main entrance of hotel.

Rooms are fine for an overnight clean and had been updated. Unimpressed with breakfast for $170/night. Boil in bag eggs Sliced sausage and pot of gravy was the warm breakfast on Saturday 16SEP2023 at 7am Have some package muffins/breads One banana and couple apples for fruit.
