Comfort Suites - Hotel in Liberal - 2891 Centennial Blvd, USA

Two thumbs up! We stayed here and it did not disappoint! Located on the north side of the town, a stone throw from shopping and restaurant. Most importantly from parking lot, lobby to room. The entire place was clean and welcoming. The fresh smell others have commented on is true. No fabulous here. Thank God because I am allergy to it, and it doesn’t disinfect anything. Anyway, moving on. The staff are processional and friendly. The continent breakfast is nice. Business friendly. Printer service and conference room available. The 4 star is only because the hash browns were too greasy (you could see it had pooled in the book the pan). Oh!! They are small service animal friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, large, and clean room. Smelled pleasant but not overpowering. Pretty decor. Comfortable bed and great shower. Love the decor and the high ceilings made it feel huge. Room was quiet, as was the hvac system. Price was fair and the breakfast is decent. Will be my go-to when staying in Liberal.

We’ve stayed here multiple times since 2022. We have family we visit often. Our first experience was great as this was a new hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable. The Hot tub has not worked every time we’ve been here. We’ve also experienced a decline in amenities, The showers are warm and do not get hot, the pool and hot tub were out of order and we were not made aware at booking or during our check-in. We planned to swim with our grandson during this visit and were unable to switch hotels.our TV didn’t work correctly and staff couldn’t fix it, staff offered us to switch rooms, but then told us she would be written up if we switched rooms since we’re not staying an additional al night. The breakfast is always good with a lot of options but the last two times we’ve stayed the juices are very watered down. This stay both hot tub and pool were out of order for more than a week. We’ve never see the hot tub working. We will no longer book at this hotel and will find another place to stay.

Very new and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Truck parking on the side for several trucks. Truckers it's clean and please keep it that way! The manager guy is awesome. Thanks you all and I will be back.

When I checked out of the hotel, knowing I was going to return again the following week. I realized after I had left that I left behind a very sentimental hoodie that somebody that is no longer with us had gifted me I reported it immediately via phone call and was told that they would look into it. No one ever called me back. When I arrived the following week, I questioned it said let’s check lost and found lost and found didn’t have it The only option is one of the maids had removed it from the room and not turned it into lost and found and literally stole it Went on for two weeks and I still have never received it and never received any phone calls in regards if you can’t trust to help you can’t trust a hotel

Positive: Nice room, plenty of parking, location and price. Negative: The bathroom lights aroung the sink were very dim. I pulled the covers off but the light was still fairly dim. Too dim to shave so I waited until I got to my destination to shave. The orange juice was like orange water and the sausage gravy was very thin Negative: ""

Positive: Location & comfortable bed. Negative: There was something on the toilet seat upon arrival. Unsure what but it was gross. Everything else was spotless.

I made my reservation online and when I arrived at Hotel they charged me different price that the app showed, the front desk person (Asuzena) was not helful at all, she refused to honor the online price. I asked to talk to a manager and she told me there wasn’t any manager at the time. Worst customer service.
