I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to lack of cleanliness. I did see the room next to ours had new carpet- so this may not be the experience for everyone. Our room smelled strongly of pet odor and everything felt moist (carpet was wet). The lamps were sticky. Visible food in floor. Bathroom appeared clean- but given the look of the rest of the room, I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower. Breakfast area looked fine- but again, given the room- didn’t trust eating there. Wouldn’t stay again. But, it was quiet and the air worked. Front desk staff were friendly.

The room was clammy from poor HVAC ventilation. Light bulbs completely out of 2 lamps. I felt that the LVP floor needed a good scrub down. Socks were black on the bottom after a couple of passes. I simple did not feel comfortable in this ground floor room.

Quality of services has definely went down. Especially the housekeeping department and cleanliness of rooms. Last check in I found items left in the room from previous family, no towels on check in. And when they brought towels to the room they placed them on the floor unwrapped outside the door. They didn't even bother to knock on the door. And no my do not disturb sign was not hanging outside. Its like they just don't care anymore. And FYI they still bang on your door at 9 am on the morning of checkout, even after requesting a late checkout. I'll pay more elsewhere.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in an emergency situation and had to stay here. The first room I was assigned had tons of water dripping from the ceiling making huge puddles. I couldn't even walk in. Second room has clanging pipes and rat feces in the closet. I was woken up 3 times during my sleep by maintenance even after I specifically requested not to be and had a DND sign on my door. Lastly, there were definitely rats in the walls. I kindly requested a refund due to my issues and not being able to rest at all. I was refused and the manager ran to the back and left the front desk associates to handle. Very poor management. I have never written a review in my life - let alone a negative one and my experience was so dispicable I had to. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was a great experience. I think they should have a different rotation when it comes to breakfast and also keep the pool clean daily. Otherwise the overall service was great.

Overall, it's not too bad, I stayed here on a work trip, so I wasn't looking for luxury. There are details that make a world of difference for me, such as a great shower. This was not a great shower. The lumpy mattress was uncomfortable.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful but the room was a bit moldy . I mean the pictures from the bathroom was that I captured . It just smelt like something was wet. 0/10 don’t recommend. Ps I already don’t like sleeping in hotels cause they are germy at they don’t clean them right.

Carpets very worn dirty; stained with black sticky substance in several areas. Bed sagging. Not up to standards for price paid.Coffee is terrible; otherwise breakfast was good; allowed for early check in; pool nice.
