Nicer than expected but smells weird. I was disappointed that I had to wait till 6 for coffee. I thought it was kept in the lobby. There were donuts at the coffee bar in the lobby all day. Lovely. The only things, there were not plates, napkins or tongs to pick them up. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The place in general was good. Could use some attention to the condition of toilet, it old and grody looking.

I wish I could give negative points, however there is no way I could. Do not relay on this people for your reservations. I reserved my room for 10 day prior to arrival date but they cancelled my room, charged my card for 3 night stay and when I reached there says I came at wrong location. When I showed my email confirmation he called his colleague started talking in telugu/South Indian languages. After his phone call, he said I can reinstate your reservation. Moreover, he said “you should appreciate me that I called for you to my colleague”. Instead of apologizing to me for cancelling he speaks to me in tone. Moreover, when checking in no one at the desk and waited for 10 minutes for check in. After arriving at desk he didn’t even apologize to guest for waiting for all this time. Rooms in the worst condition , broken furniture, no towels, hair dryer broken, no writing pad or pen. The breakfast service slow, orange juice served mixture of water. The manager/boss knew all about this stay and misconceptions his has done. But he didn’t care to say sorry or mention anything about compensation. Do not stay here, these employers / employees are having any etiquettes or manners or have any positive attitude.

the worst hotel we have ever stayed at We had an attitude from the taller guy at check in. We had rooms next to each other, one room didn't have an office chair, so we requested one, the guy on the phone said, tomorrow, when we asked why tomorrow, he cursed in his native language, not realizing e knew or understood. the rooms smell musky and moldy. One rooms toilet didn't flush, the other rooms toilet seat slides. The blow dryers didn't work. the one fridge leaks and the freezers has a giant ring of ice around them. They have roaches. The shower curtains slide in the middle, we had to hinge with a hanger, but the whole bathroom floor would get drenched. Some outlets didn't work. Soap holder was grimmy and dirty. Elevator had the same garbage on the floor, reciepts and bottles, the 4 days we stayed there! the breakfast was very disappointing, the coffee wasn't refilled. I would def not stay here again, PAY MORE, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This was by far the worst and most upsetting experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. It was so bad, we actually forfeited a night we’d paid for in advance (non refundable) and checked out early. Everything about this place is questionable; from cleanliness, to their propensity to sneakily tack on unexplained charges. Worst of all, however, is the way hotel staff handled the issues that arose — insulting, condescending, and downright offensive. I doubt I’ll ever take a chance on any Comfort Suites property again. The sole redeeming quality about this place, which warrants mentioning, is the woman who was working on the evening of 4/20/24. The room we checked into was immediately a no-go as the TV cables had been disconnected and appeared to have actually been cut. The woman who was in charge that day was appropriately apologetic, made some adjustments and got us moved to a different room, and was overall pleasant in her interactions with us. Had I known things would go downhill from there, I’d have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else instead. We came to this hotel as a temporary accommodation while getting emergency work done on our house. What should’ve been an uneventful hotel stay turned into yet another stressful situation we had to handle. Never again.

I wish it was possible to give a place 0 stars because that best describes the quality of our stay. The first night we got there, we got put into a horrific room as it was next to the elevator and the air conditioner didn’t work. In addition, the fridge was leaking water, and the sofa and blankets were all dirty. When we requested for a room change to the front desk, the old man said that there were no rooms available and some guy would come up and look at our room. When he did, he offered to move us to another room, so clearly, the old man was lying. Although the new room had air conditioning, the blankets were still stained and the closet door was broken. The next morning, we went to the breakfast and the food wasn’t fresh, so it is assumable that it was expired. The sausage skin was so hard and most importantly, the orange juice tasted just like water even though it was orange; we can surmise that the juice was just dyed water. In conclusion, don’t come here if you care about your sanity and hygiene because the service here is awful. We stayed two nights for four hundred dollars, and it is not worth it AT ALL. DON’T COME HERE. This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel is under renovation. I don’t mind that. It’s already a nice environment and it will look beautiful inside when it’s done. I happened to be in a room that was recently done, so it’s clean all though there are some mild fumes present. The front desk staff is very personable and welcoming. What I’m upset about is I have been to this hotel twice. Both times the breakfast bar attendant has watched me the whole time I am getting breakfast. This time I told her it was rude to stare at people and asked if she had been told it is rude. She continued to stare at me. I literally abandoned my waffle and took the lords name in vain and said;l, someone else eat this waffle” and out my waffle on a plate on the counter and stormed out of the kitchen with all the other guests probably thinking I am nuts. I am sure this hotel will be glad to never see me again.

We get checked in. Everything going good till we get to the room. Ac unit busted and bedding stained/looked dirty. Asked to be moved to a room thats ac unit actully working. Get the new room, but its next to the elevator. Could hear people basicly all night. On top of that the fridge made this ticking sound. Would not stay at this location again

Don’t let the promise of “free hot breakfast” lure you in. This place is falling apart. The elevator broke during our stay and there was a massive water leak (two fire trucks were called to the scene and remained for hours.) Including breakfast in the room price is a great idea in theory, but the breakfast is VERY limited, items that should be hot are cold…and vice versa. When I asked for hot water for tea, I was told they do not offer it. The next morning, they provided hot water to the woman at the table next to me. Humph. All in all, Comfort Suites lacked the comforts that I crave while away from home.
