Positive: The check-in process was easy and the breakfast was good. Big thank you to hotel employees. Negative: I'd like to have more access to drinking water. It is most times empty.

Room 122 has bedbugs The room smelled musty.. which we didn't like, but since our stay was short, we'd decide we'd deal with it. After getting unpacked..we were in the room no more than an hour and found BED BUGS! We took a picture, trapped it under a cup and called the front desk. I told them we needed another room immediately because this room has bed bugs. He told me to hold on... Then hung up on me. When we called back, he said.. I'm coming...then hung up..We waited for him to come to our room and showed him the bed bugs, he took a picture with his phone, and immediately left, without saying anything. As he was leaving we packed all our stuff up, we went to the front desk, where they offered me a 20% discount and a different room, or advised us to contact the 3rd party booking platform for a refund... It was already late and after being on the road for 8 hours, we took another room on a different floor...

The ‘pet’ fee was atrocious! First I was told $15 per pet per day, but when booked it was $35 per pet per day!! Outrageous!! For what exactly? |The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, the sink stopper wouldn’t come back out after rinsing out something. i couldn’t figure out how to get the alarm clock to work. The room phone didn’t work.. The toilet was very old and low to the ground and it clogged up and I had to plunge it.|The front desk clerk, Ashley was wonderful!! The breakfast was very good. Different everyday.|Handy to the hospital! |Needs some work done to bring up to the standard of other hotels in the area.

The staff are very good at their jobs!! Some times at these smaller spots the staff can be a little useless. Check in was fast, they were helpful and funny. The rooms were ok. I mean for the price you pay, it made sense. I think if they did a renovation they would be 100% booked 100% of the time. I was also very close to the elevator and didn’t hear any sounds while trying to get to sleep! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

It’s really run down. My husband and I stayed there two weeks ago. Our room was in a construction area and very close to the exit ramp. The hotel wasn’t busy so the only reason we could think of why they put us there was because we had our 10lb pup with us. The shower was so worn, it looked dirty, mold in all the calk. The traffic noise was really loud. It’s not a calming or comfortable place to stay especially before a hospital procedure. It’s really a shame. I gave it one star across the board.

We stay at the Comfort Suites on 4/28 and check out on the morning of 4/29 the breakfast bar was cold and there was all kind of noise all night. We told them about all of this the morning we check out. We got our credit cards statements today and they charge us $250.dollars for smoking in the room I call them and told them we don’t smoke. They told me that we smoke in the room the day that we check out I told them that we don’t smoke and they said they know we smoke in the rooms and at what time we did it . I ask them now do they know this and was told that they got their way. Don’t trust the people and don’t use there Hotels you will get rip off.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Very noisy area where I stayed near the bloody.. alot of loud bangs and booms.. had to sleep with Cell phone on white noise to drown out

Good place to stay for a short vacation. I stayed there for couple of days and I like it. Only thing that disappointed me is their charging station for vehicles is not working. Main reason to book this hotel is because of vehicle charging on site. Also this hotel is right next to highway so expect to get some traffic sounds. Free breakfast included is good as well.
