Great place and a great staff. Natalie at the front desk was training when I arrived and did an excellent job and by the time I was checking out was a complete natural. She will truly be an excellent addition to their already wonderful team. Will only ever stay here while on business in Byron.

I'd like to state first that I am an elite member and was very disappointed. I've stayed in this hotel back March and then this past week. The March stay, they had sensor a/c unit, which during night time made it hot. I ended up telling staff, and they took the motion sensor off. I was fine with that. This past stay, they did not turn it off, even when requested. I would wake up to a hot room, have to move around for the AC to come on. Staff was rude, except for the guy that checked me in. The woman at the counter 14 June in the morning that checked me out was rude. Didn't really care to look at me. I was nice and gave her no reason to be rude. She was acting like she didn't want to be there. As someone who has stayed 40 nights in a comforts inn this year, I will not be returning to this comforts inn.

I've stayed at lower rated hotels in the area that were nicer. Parking isn't great. It's a weird layout and there aren't that many spots. The lobby was nice, but the elevator floor was sticky and dirty. Room was large and clean, no problems there. The front desk receptionist are hit and miss. Some are good and some look like they couldn't care less about working there, which is fine I completely understand, but it would be nice if you could make a little effort to care when greeting guest.

Stopped in late and was met by one of the friendliest night clerk's. Very nice. The queen room was exceptionally clean. The bed was soft. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Lovely rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was below standard. Instant eggs, sausage links were only hot options besides waffle-maker.

We were very pleased with this one-night stay. Everyone slept well and we left feeling refreshed and ready to continue on the road. Highly recommend and would definitely seek out this location if we’re ever passing through again!

Rooms are perfect for my large family. They are very clean and comfortable. It is our place to stay going to and coming home from Florida. Wonderful breakfast! Only wish breakfast ended at 9:30 instead of 9:00. Service is always friendly at the desk!

Comfortable bed. Coffee pot didn't work. Strange noise coming from mini fridge had to unlock plug it to sleep. Really good got shower. Room not perfectly clean but good enough. A bit over priced. Ok breakfast bar. Parking lot Terrible. Ridiculous tiny spots. Staff cordial but distracted and rather prefer to do nothing.
