Comfort Suites Brunswick - Hotel in Brunswick - 25 Ashton Dr, USA

After searching all over Brunswick seeing awful reviews at hotels we took a chance on this one and was not disappointed! Fair price. Decent and clean rooms. Staff was nice. Felt safe. The pool wasn’t open was the only down side.

This "hotel" is disgusting. The entire building smells terrible. The elevator smells like it has been used as a toilet many times. The rooms are disgusting. The floors are sticky and nasty. The shower curtain was covered in mold. The bed frames are broken with metal sticking out 4-5 inches that my wife injured her leg on, leaving a nasty cut that will scar. This location should be condemned, shut down, and bulldozed. Avoid at all costs! We wanted to leave but were told that we could not speak to the manager/owner until morning. Well, he never showed up. We were given a full refund, albeit a shallow attempt to avoid legal action for neglect and unsafe conditions.

This place was by far unsatisfying. I stayed here for convenience over price which was $140.00 per night. The room did not smell fresh. The sofa bed was the worst. It had sheets and a pile of crumbs from the previous visitors and there was a tremendous amount of trash behind the sofa when we let the bed out. The bed lamps did not work. Both window curtains were hanging from the rods and were nasty. The fabric on the desk chair was peeled so bad that you did not want to sit on it. It was gross. I addressed this at the front desk and were told they had no more available double rooms to move us into. The inside pool area also needed to be cleaned. My biggest disappointment was that no one bothered to come to correct anything. MY CHOICE IS 0 STARS !

This place is a dump. First night people running in and out exit door slamming it well until 1 am time after time front desk wouldnt do anything the only reason we stayed here is because of an accident on 95. First night stayed on 1st floor near back exit. Got moved to another room next day waiting on repairs to get done on our vehicle. Got into the hotel hot tub and it turned my hair blue and mgmt offered nothing to help me fix it. Poor mgmt crappy staff dumpy hotel. Stop at another exit not the Comfort Suites in Brunswick right off I 95.

Great nights sleep. the hotel was almost perfect. We took an accessible room because my wife had taken a fall while on vacation and needed it to be easier to get in and out of the shower. The room was certainly accessible, with a large ADA sized bathroom. However, the tub was standard, and even with the ADA chair, there would certainly be difficulty transferring someone from a wheelchair. There was also only one assist bar in the tub area, although the toilet was properly set up.

Asked the desk clerk about a new room, said the best they can do is have the cleaning crew go over it again. There's vomit and other bodily fluids in the stairwells and hallways on the 3rd floor. The elevator smells bad. The weight room smells like mold. I checked out.

I have been in bad hotels. I have been in dirty hotels. This Comfort Suites in Brunswick GA is beyond horrible. There is absolutely no excuse for any hotel to be this nasty and neglected. The smell was terrible, especially the elevator which smelled like a urinal. The bathroom had mold growing very noticeably. The beds were stained. The towels were stained. The bed frame was broken with metal sticking out from the frame and hidden by the comforter. My wife injured her leg on this metal and it will scar. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. Please avoid this horrible excuse of a hotel at all costs! Also, we were offered a 20% discount which was insulting. We were refunded in full when I mentioned that they would receive the medical bill if my wife's leg became infected from her injury that was caused by their neglect. Any reviews that paint this place as a great place to stay have to be fabricated by the owner. I hope the local health department pays them a visit soon.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel stay. I was bitten multiple times in my face, neck and arms while sleeping in the bed. Unfortunately, I'm unsure what bit me. The room was nasty, smelly and moldy. Everything about this room was disgusting.
