Room was super clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. Front desk attendant came out immediately at both check in and check out. Super nice and pleasant despite working on a holiday. Truly appreciated!

The staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms have a decent layout, nothing extremely fancy or spectacular, but very clean and not old or worn out. Walk in shower, so if you want a tub you may want to check on that before booking. Walk in shower is always good with me so zi didn't bother asking about tubs. They have a breakfast area, but we had breakfast plans so I did not check it out, but I noticed a metal serving area which usually indicates some hot breakfast items. It is right off the interstate and close to the racetrack. It is the very east side of ossier so almost 20 minutes from downtown Shreveport if you are looking to do stuff over there and want an Uber, you are looking at $40 each way minimum.

Checked in was there about 2 hours when all the lights went out then an hour later they came back on but my air conditioner would not work. Walk down to the front desk the lady said she will see what she can do 30 min later she was knocking on my door. She told me to get down on the floor to see if the plug in had a reset button!!!! I told her I was there for an appointment for my back she said well we need to see if it has a reset button so I had to get down on my hands and knees and look but I was not it was hard wired. She put me in a room across the hall. It smelled like pure mildew and the next morning the lights in bathroom was not working and there was 0 hot water. After I explained this to the manager she said there was nothing they can do and was soooooooo rude and smart mouthed. She could care less. NEVER EVER stay at this hotel!!!! I just read your reply and of course you are going to say that I THE CUSTOMER is not telling the truth but I DO NOT LIE and you know I am telling the truth!!! You telling me you will give a 5% discount which is $12 whole dollars while being so condescending towards me is a spit in the face and that air conditioner did smell like pure mildew!!!!I can’t believe how very unprofessional you are.

I travel at least 4 days a week with my company. We have stayed at only Comfort Suites, and due to that, the rooms are always clean, the staff is always very courteous and friendly. The morning breakfast is so delicious and hot. Will never stay anywhere else.

$124 per night The Good: friendly Check in, comfortable bed , nice room , clean bathroom , water in the lobby , Breakfast was pretty decent. Several fruit options and yoghurt. Fresh muffins, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal packages , decent scrambled eggs , also Nutella packages and other items in little fridge. The OK: We did a room upgrade . Be aware that this will put your bed on one side of the room and your tv will be on the left. That would not be a big deal but the tv is stuck on the dresser so you can only turn it so far . Also the tv is small . The Bad : had to move from the first room as couch pillows were standing up and it was damp. We moved to another room and the same thing plus the tv was already on making me wonder if I was in a recently used room. It was just awkward and it probably meant that they are cleaning the couches but… I suggest the cleaning service put it back together before they bring in the guests. The Carpets were terrible and dirty in the hallways and a trip hazard with all the ripples. Elevators were dirty and sticky. The gym had a weight-bench but absolutely no weights? Loose wiring overhead in the hallway towards the pool. Noisy: when the shower above us is in use it’s so loud it almost feels like someone is taking a shower in our room. Door to the room had been shaved or modified uneven causing it to let in the hallway light. Will I stay here again : No I think investing in some new carpets would go a long way

Above average. Good area. Clean outside & inside. Good eats, good food, good people. Nice clean pool area. Hallways and elevator also very neat and clean. The breakfast had a good variety. The hot was hot and the cold was cold. Coffee was excellent and they have flavored creamer so that was a huge plus. Worth the money.

Check in and check out were quick and efficient. The hotel's personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size.

Clean Room and Quiet It was close to resturant and Interstate. It met our needs on our way home from vacation. It had a sitting room and nice big bed. Check in and Check out were easy and the staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool or breakfast facilities but it looked good.
