EXCELLENT breakfast! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Grounds well kept. Would recommend to any traveler. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There were insignificant concerns about the bathroom. It just needed a deep cleaning but otherwise we were pleased with the stay.

Decent enough hotel. The room was very old and outdated. Plus, our AC had a condensate leak that made the carpet wet. That had been going on for a while because the room was musty. The breakfast was OK, but nothing great. The staff were all very friendly. They don't warn you that they require a $100 deposit, and for what I don't know. There isn't anything in the room you can buy or steal. I haven't stayed at a hotel requiring a deposit in ages.

The rooms were nice, but were a little dirty. The surfaces in the bathroom needed much more attention, we did not use shower. The beds were nice and clean and very comfortable. If you like coffee like me they had it around the clock in the lobby. They have a small snack area where you can purchase some things. Pool and Jacuzzi were already closed when we got there. But we did find the small lake close to the room it had some nice walking trails and cool park! Would stay again!

Love the convenience of this place! its right off the highway and just minutes away from shopping and good food. The staff here is awesome! My husband called to make our reservation and spoke with a very nice lady named Kat, and we were lucky to have her be the one checking us in the next day too. Breakfast was great and we loved the indoor pool. Sure, the property could use a few updates here and there but overall, you can't complain for the price. Seems like all the rude people leaving 1 star reviews are unrealistic about their picky expectations and way too uptight about a chain hotel of all things lol.

Service was excellent at this location. When my family and I were checking in, we realized we hadn’t booked a room with a sofa bed.(we needed three beds) Ruhi at the front desk was so accommodating and took the time to find us the room we needed. She saved us a trip to Walmart for an air mattress. The room was great! It was also a very convenient location to all we wanted to see and do in Fort Worth.

The rooms were good, but they were a little dirty on the bed, you could even see grease on your hands, the bathroom looked like there were drops around it. The beds were nice, although the sheets had not been changed. They have a small snack area where you can buy some things. The pool was very dirty we decided not to go in. As for the staff, very friendly and the breakfast was good, they had everything you need. I recommend it if you are passing through.

My partner and I booked a five night stay here. The first room we were given smelled like sewage, so we requested a new room. That might we were both sick, exhausted, and throwing up. When we didn't feel better the next day we checked the AC unit and there were black mold spores growing all over it. The woman working the front desk was very helpful and kind but the manager fought with us on getting a refund.

Positive: We had a very good experience. The room was clean, pretty much everything worked as expected. Breakfast was good with real eggs real bacon and real potatoes. Parking was easy, Wi-Fi worked and staff was accommodating and pleasant. Great overall experience Negative: Our room was on the third floor, and when I showered at around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, it took the hot water a long time to get up there, and occasionally got cool and then hot again. The hotel is a little older, and the carpet was slightly worn in our room. Negative: ""
