Manager christy very nasty, rude and very unprofessional. You can tell she has been getting away with her conduct for a very long time with no penalty. The cleaning staff was more professional and pleasant than her. Make it make sense hie can you be a manager a hotel and scream at customer and then talk down to your employees in front of customers. This thing need to be fired or need basic training.. how heck did she even make it pass an interview

This hotel has a newer nicer feel to it it has a area in the middle of the hotel that has couches and tables this area is very pleasant it offers a great place to work on computers eat great breakfast relaxing by fire on cool nice or seeing action in the indoor pool area through windows the rooms overlook this area with mutable floors the workout room also looks over pool of course the rooms where clean and nice with unbelievable soft beds the staff was friendly and nice it was easy off interstate the room had plenty of electricity plugs and desk if you wanted peace and quiet while working on computers there are many restaurants in area and a movie theater across the street my favorite was the restaurant bar just across the street from hotel next door I think it’s called wild wings I usually get the nachos they have meetings rooms if you need it the elevator has a glass window overlooking center area the college must be near by because I see people staying at this hotel that are visiting it the breakfast is fantastic I love the little donuts there my crypto night I really enjoy my stay and would highly recommend this hotel

After reading the reviews I'm glad I ultimately decided not to stay here. Booked a room for two nights while working in town. I'm constantly in hotels for work and have found that most who charge deposits are the worst. The reviews compounded my gut feeling. Stay at your own risk or at least of the risk of your deposit. Oh and of course they still charged me for one night even thought I booked the room two hours earlier. I'm going to spend as much time as I can letting Comfort suites as well as Choice hotels that their names are only tarnished being attached to this location.

These terrible inhumane people kicked a dying man out of this hotel because he bled on the floor in a emergency. He paid for the room in full for a week also paid for incidentals. Paid $675, wasn't there for 24hrs and while he was at the hospital they kicked him out of the room and didn't return any of his money. He just died and they had the nerve to take even more money from his account. People like this never prosper in life. I pray they don't go through what my friend did in his dying days! The staff & management suck. I wouldn't refer a enemy. '''UPDATE"' I guess you respond to all reviews to try and save face but I actually live here I can come talk in person! You definitely had me on file. Matter fact I will freshen your memory with a screen shot of my invoice. You people can't even lie good!

Positive: The location was perfect for what we needed. The room was very clean! Negative: We could not get the room temperature regulated. It was either burning up or freezing cold. We had to wake up several times each night to adjust the thermostat. Also the pull out sofa isn¿t even the size of a double bed. Luckily we brought an air mattress Negative: ""

Our stay was July 7 - 9 location of the hotel was great convenient to restaurant and stores. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. We had a king suite our room and bathroom was very clean bed was comfortable. AC unit needs to be serviced wasn’t blowing as cold as it should. (Room #408) FYI you will need to ask for towels / wash cloths. I was little worried about the pool with the loud chlorine smell. After speaking with hotel staff and seeing the pool being checked by a hired pool worker it was fine. (pool isn’t heated) morning breakfast was good and hot - coffee was great. No eating breakfast in rooms which is understandable, hotel don’t want food dropped in elevator everyone eats in lobby. Overall it was a great stay I will book again.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The entire stay was unpleasant. The front desk was rude from the start. She asked for a $200 deposit at the beginning when we questioned why she was so rude when explaining it was for damages and she has no problem charging people. So we decided to check the room before dropping our items. When we went to the room there was blood on the curtain, holes in the wall, stained mattress, empty water bottles, and a vacuum attachment. So we took the photos down to request this be added to the notes. The next morning I woke up at around 4 am to the smell of marijuana spilling into my room. When I asked the cleaning staff, she told me the smell was from a party 3 days prior to my check in. I am a nonsmoker and had 3 children with me. It was making my girls feel sick. When I went to the front desk to talk with the general manager, he lied to my face and told me that was a new air freshener they we trying out. I told him when the housekeeper said he became defensive and aggressive with me. I decided I needed to address the other issues with me room. He told me the blood on the curtain was BBQ sauce, which was absolutely untrue. I said I would really like for someone to check my room before leaving because I wanted to address the problems so I could get my deposit back, he told me he has no intentions of giving me my deposit back even though the room had not been damaged by me. I still have not gotten my deposit back but I intend to contact Comfort Suites this week. Or I will send my lawyer to talk with them. I have all the photos and timestamps that prove we did not damage this room. The pool was green with algae so the kids could not use the indoor pool. That was the reason we booked this hotel, was for the pool. I would never recommend this hotel. The GM is a thief and the hotel is in terrible shape.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOU DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON (LIES) !! SHADY!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I BEG OF YOU, DON'T STAY HERE! The manager ALSO made note of the stain on the bed (from previous guests)upon the beginning of our stay, and still charged us deposit. Then the terrible woman at the front desk screamed at me over the phone when I asked about the deposit charge and told me it was from my baby's spit up that stained MATTRESS??? LOL! Changed her story, then said it was something else...AGAIN.. Making lies up to keep damage deposits. SHAME ON YOU and may YAH have mercy on your lying soul. HOTEL Stunk like mold and BO everywhere inside hotel. Room was ok. Not cleaned well. Dust and dirt everywhere, the toilet had urine everywhere on it, and mattresses were full of stains UPON arrival! Nasty as heck. Breakfast was ok, but the uncleanliness of hotel was apparent. Will not return. They refuse to return my damage deposit, rade people's pocket books. I BEG YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!! THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR GUESTS IS AS OF A PRISONER.
