Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport - Featured Reviews (1752)
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast times were perfect so we didn't have to get up early. Always greeted by staff on every encounter. Near the airport but not bothered by plane noises. Friendly staff and clean environment.
This hotel checks all the boxes. The room was very spacious, clean, was equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, plenty of outlets and towels. We appreciated the early check in time (3pm) and later checkout time (11am), and longer pool hours (10am-10pm) compared to the other hotels in the area. The water pressure and water temperature were great the entire time. We would sometimes hear activity in the hallways but could never hear our neighbors so I would describe the hotel as quiet. We were in a king suite and the television rotated to face the bed or couch which was a nice bonus. The front desk staff, especially James, were so incredibly nice and engaged with us every time we entered or left the building. The breakfast was lovely and changed a bit from day to day. It had a coffee bar, variety of juices, various pastries, eggs, waffles, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, yogurt, cereals, fruit, etc. Pool and fitness center were clean and mostly empty every time we went. There isn't a lot of foot traffic in this area compared to other parts of town so we were never concerned about our vehicle. The pizza place just next door was a great bonus. 10/10 would recommend.
This hotel was clean, accessible and within our price range. After driving over 13 hours this was a refreshing stop. It was close to airport and further away from our route but it was worth the peace of mind to have a nice clean safe place to stay on our travels. The breakfast was what one would expect. Nothing fancy but it was included with the room. I was disappointed that the juice machine was down. They did have orange juice available. I crushed up a breakfast bar and added it to my yogurt for a refreshing parfait. I sleep with earplugs every night because my husband snores so I cannot attest to the sound of the airport being so close. The beds were PERFECT and I loved the pillows. We slept very well. Right next door was an eatery. My husband walled over and brought us back food for dinner which was also super convenient!
We made the reservation for this hotel as we were arriving in Albuquerque. You never know what a hotel will be like but this was definitely a pleasant surprise. The place is fairly new and very clean. Our stay was very good. It’s a short walk across the street to a decent restaurant. James at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. Really a good guy. The location is a bit confusing. You feel like you’re going into the airport. However, it’s worth it to find this place.
I didn’t get the receptionist name from last night but I cannot thank her enough for her generosity. We arrived after 10 pm with an exhausted toddler and she did not hesitate to get us milk to help our girl go to sleep, she even offered to help me take it to our room. It was definitely the hospitality we were looking for after a long day of travel. The rooms were clean & comfy. We also left items tied to the top of our vehicle & everything was left untouched.
What a fantastic hotel! I’ve stayed here a few times to catch an early flight before. This week, I ended up needing to stay for several nights after my car keys were stolen while on work travel. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, all of the staff are friendly and so helpful, and they have a great shuttle service for getting to/from the airport. The breakfast is really nice - much better than lots of hotels - the mornings they make omelets are my favorite. The staff all went out of their way to help me this week when I was having a crisis with my car. Recently, a restaurant/brewpub opened next door and they offer great dinners.
Booked a reservation and asked if they have on site parkingfor 10 days along with airport shuttle; was told that yes, we offer on site parking at $8.00 daily. At time of check in, we are told no we don't offer on site parking, we were not happy with the room so we checked out. The woman who checked us in was no longer at the front desk, and the gentleman who was at the desk claimed to be the manager. He refunded the charge on the credit card; however, two hours after leaving this hotel, he called my cellphone and never stated who he was or where he was calling from. He only stated that this is the front desk and there seems to be an issue with your credit card that you used when you checked in. I said that I could come down and we can see what the issue is, also how could we stay at a hotel if the card didn't work at check in? The gentleman quickly stated no, there is no need for you to come down, it looks like it went through and he hung up. The next morning I checked with the front desk at the hotel my family actually stayed at about the issue with my credit card, they stated they never called, and upon looking at the calls on my cellphone, it was Comfort Suites that had called. I then called my credit card company about this and they confirmed that they saw a charge that had posted the following day along with the charge and credit from the day before. The manager of Comfort Suites committed credit card fraud, as the purchase was not authorized by myself, nor was the purchase signed for. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as their manager feels that it's okay to charge a person's credit card even when they aren't staying at their facility.
This has to be the best hotel experience I had when travel solo for a little vacation. Stopped here for one night but left very impressed due to the hospitality experience by all the folks who work here. The front desk welcomed us with a smile, James, Gabriella and Amelia did an amazing job making sure they could offer the best service. The check in/out was seamless and quick. The hotel room was clean, smelled good and all the lights in the room were working. The carpet is clean and walls well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. I know I was extremely thankful and impressed with the level of integrity of the staff. Excellent experience and we will be back soon.
