Comfort Suites Airport South - Hotel in Montgomery - 110 Folmar Pkwy, USA

We stayed there for 2 nights. The room was very clean and cozy! I usually cannot sleep because of noise but the hotel was very quite! |I appreciated all the services they provided us. |They had great breakfast. The staffs were also very friendly! I highly recommend to stay here.

My sister Stephanie and I visit this particular hotel when we visit Alabama and love it. It’s an older hotel but very clean and the staff is amazing. We stayed for New Year’s Eve this year and Monroe treated us like royalty. This was the third time this year that he checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Great place to stay

Just not up to the Choice hotel, standard, which I stay in an awful lot. They were crumbs all over the couch and the desk area and there are some kind of oil stains on the foot rest in front of the couch, as well as a bunch of crumbs. I suspect some type of food grease. No insert for the coffee maker in the morning. I do find that the ones near the airports tend to be not as good. They do start breakfast at 4 AM which is unusual, but nice because I often have to leave by five.

One of the nicest Comfort Suites we've stayed. We had an issue with our room when we first arrived and the desk clerk immediately got us another room. Super nice staff!!

After driving for over 15 hours from Maryland, I stopped at this hotel to get some much needed rest. The desk agent greeted me with a smile (10p) and check-in was a breeze. My room was clean; room temperature was perfect; and the bathroom was SPOTLESS!!! The bed was very comfortable and the mattress was firm enough for me to get as comfortable as possible with my lower back/hip issues. The breakfast area was neat; clean; and offered a variety of breakfast items rather hot or cold. THE COFFEE ROCKED!!🙌🙌👏👏👏

The check in person was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We had an accessible room with great shower design if only there was more light in the shower. And some maintenance. All rooms no smoking which is a criteria for choosing a hotel. I don't think people should smoke at the entrance. Overall really great for the price!

We stayed there on 11/21/23. Room was good except for the shower... there wasn't one. The know to pull up and put the shower on was missing we found out in the morning. Also in the morning house keeping knocked at 8am we told them we would be out at 11am. They knocked again at 8:25, 8:50, 9:45 and 10:30. When we told the front desk about no shower and pesky Housekeeping they said we can give you a 10% credit which equalled $12. Don't know about you but a shower is bigger than $12.. never again

We chose this location because it had an over all good rating, but we found it to be needing care. Check in went smooth and breakfast (4am-10am) was very good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, as well as bagels and Danish. I appreciate their coffee dispenser that allowed you to choose the strength if the coffee. Now for the room. The good: thick towels, nice smelling toiletries, quality toilet paper, and soft, smooth linens. The bad: The door was swollen and difficult to get shut securely. There was a rotten area/hole in the wall by the shower, the handicapped shower head system was not properly attached to the wall, the bathroom floor was extremely slick, and there was a lot of intermittent mechanical noise all night.
