Comfort Suites - Hotel in Manchester - 152 Hospitality Blvd, USA

Definitely the nicest Comfort Suites we have stayed at. We will definitely stay here during future trips. Hotel was very quiet, comfy bed/pillows, breakfast was very nice with gluten free options and the iced coffee selection in the am was an added great bonus! Super nice staff members

I read one of the reviews that gave it one star. And I have never seen any rats, mice, or cockroaches. The rooms were immaculate but could have replaced the pillows. That is not a bad fault to a well kept hotel. We were passing through overnight and booked ahead of time. Paid $179 plus tax and fees. Checked in and then found out there was a festival being held all weekend. Ask for a veterans discount and did not receive it because of the music festival. We did not attend the Music Fest. We spent one night headed out the next morning but could not get any breakfast. They were catering for the people that were attending the Music Fest, so breakfast was not being served till 7:00. The general manager called as I was writing this from the hotel, and apologized for everything that went on and comped $50.00 for the confusion. Which we thought was very kind. Make sure not to stay in this city during Bonnaroo Music Fest. Unless you're going to this crazy festival.

Second stay here. Glad there was no construction going on this time. Check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable. Disappointed that the bathroom was so small. There was not even a shelf or countertop where we could put our toiletries. There were also a couple of plumbing problems - spout in bathtub very loose and leak from under the toilet. We didn't use the coffee maker in the room because it was full of grounds in the water reservoir and the pod area. Thankful that there was coffee available downstairs.

Positive: Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Negative: Carpet was very stained and tv was not able to be seen from sitting area.. There was also a poor selection of channels.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve been in so far. Could use some cleaning in some areas, the pool could use less bleach or be less salty. Overall we were satisfied and happy

Great place to stay. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Everything was in good working order. Breakfast was decent with small variety of food. Fresh cookies were available in the lobby every afternoon. There is a gym and small indoor pool. Staff were very kind. Would stay here again in the future.

Traveling through from fl back home to mn with kids. We arrived late from driving. When we arrived they still had our room saved even after being booked up there was a 'no vacancy sign' check in was smooth the lady checking us in Saturday night April 6th was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was spacious enough for our family, clean and well stocked 🙏 walmart was right across the street. Nearby gas stations. Fast food options. Great location. Thank you for the hospitality.

Love the cloud like beds and pillows, the lemon infused water and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon! Thank you for a great place to stay:)
