The gentleman who checked me in in the middle of the night was awesome! The room was very clean and beautiful. Best hotel I've ever stayed at, and the rate was perfect. Breakfast was great! Check out is 12 and breakfast until 10!!! Perfect since I checked in so late. No negatives here...

While the check-in process was initially smooth, our overall experience was marred by several unfortunate incidents. Shortly after settling into our room, an unexpected intrusion occurred when another guest was mistakenly given access to our accommodation. Subsequently, during the morning, housekeeping attempted to enter our room without prior notice, disrupting our rest. This was compounded by the inconvenience of being informed that we were not properly registered in the system, an issue presumably stemming from the night staff's oversight. Additionally, we were disheartened to observe cleanliness concerns in the room, including boogers on the headboard, some residue on the ceiling above the microwave, and an overall appearance of insufficient tidiness. These collective occurrences significantly detracted from the overall quality of our stay.

If I could give it no stars I would. Bed bugs, dirty. Said they accepted dogs but no dogs as they were renovating that area. After my talk with manager who was not on premises she gave us a room. Worse room I have ever stayed in except for a hunting trip motel. Beware.. smelled awful, shower was dirty and we got bed bugs. Took forever to get rid of them and our pup got them too plus I had bites on my neck.

Comfort Inn & Suites have always been a mid level comfortable hotel for me and my family. Since I was younger, that's the only hotel we stayed in. This Comfort Inn, wasn't too great. The staff and service was very friendly and showed great Southern hospitality. The rooms weren't too great. Our bed rocked as if it had some screws loose and there was a dent in the middle. There was a roach crawling on the floor and gnats came periodically out of no where. The beds were made but the sheets weren't changed and washed in a good fashion. This is a great hotel chain, I do feel that some areas need to be upgraded.

The only thing I would recommend changing is the heat of the water. The warmest the shower got was a little warmer than Luke warm, so don't expect a hot shower here. Other than that, it is clean and comfortable.

Rooms and service was awesome. ck in on 10/6/2023 around 1:30 am. Upon making my reservation on website asked you what date/time will you be arriving. I click Friday 10/6/23 between 12am and 1.00 am. Now night clerk he was very nice and professional. I know he was only doing his job. But what I didn't line was I had to pay for Thursday. According to the night clerk their day doesn't roll over until 7am. I feel that is something that the guest should have been informed on the registration site. So in order for my husband/ myself have a place to lay our heads we had to pay 145.79 on a Friday morning which i requested but was still considered as Thursday. But hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were cleaned but saw big red stain on carpet which was being tried to be covered up with a trash can. Bathroom were clean just need a little renovation little cracks in tub area. House keeping staff was very nice. Ice maker on 3rd floor wasn't working had to get ice from the front desk. Breakfast was awesome I think lady name was Janice. She was very nice and I personally thank her for her service. I would come back to this hotel. My only major complaint is that 145.79 I had to pay. My stay was 10/6/2023 -10/7/2023

Microwave need to be replaced and coffee maker. Customer service was good. The bed and pillows were great. You have to ask for towels.The breakfast was nice,everyone was nice,my server was Donna,nice.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, it was conveniently located for where I was going. They offer a decent breakfast at no extra charge. They come and clean your room daily and leave you fresh towels daily. Overall, I would give them a 4.85 if the ice machines had been working, it would have been a 5.00.
