Positive: The kiddie pool was amazing! That alone would bring us back to your hotel, but all else was wonderful too! The room was very clean, the breakfast was really good and the staff, even though freaking with multiple concerns at once, were very professional. Negative: ""

Positive: The pool was amazing for kids. The slide and such was so neat my kids begged to come back just for the hotel. Breakfast was okay. A bit dated room but seemed clean. We had a family suite and it was very spacious. Nice staff. Location was easy to get to. Negative: An area was blocked off at the pool I?m guessing the hot tub so that was broken i assume. Do not take a pool towel to room you?ll get charged clear signage and we didn?t. Can?t take breakfast to room was a bit silly to me

I can’t find a good thing to say about our experience honestly. It is 100+ degrees out and our room never gets cool because the AC unit is sucking in the air from the pool which is unbearably hot and humid. There is so much chlorine in the pool that your eyes burn when you enter the area. Beds are reasonably comfortable but room is filthy. Needs a thorough deep clean!!! There is mold on the front of the AC unit, mold elsewhere like the bathroom. Everywhere you look is dirty and hasn’t been decently cleaned in months, or longer. My parents stayed down the hall and said their room was the same, except their AC worked since it was vented outside. But the hallways smell, staff don’t have uniforms and generally look sloppy. The man who opened our room when our key didn’t work surprised me, I thought he was just a guest across the hall. I was shocked by his dirty clothes and no name tag. The laundry area (in a main hallway on the way to the elevator) has a misspelled hand written sign that says “don’t put garbage in the laundry room. Liston” Our room wasn’t cleaned, and when I called down to the desk I was informed that housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms until after the 3rd day. That’s fine, but we were never notified upon check in nor was there a sign anywhere in the room stating this. The wet towels from our family of 5 were in a neat pile by the door for housekeeping to take away. Obviously we would have hung them up if we knew to reuse them, so I asked if anyone was available to bring some fresh towels up. I was told 10-15 minutes and I thanked him several times. The towels never came. I had a swollen ankle and needed to ice it. The ice machine on our floor was broken and the ice that we got from the main floor had black specks of mold in it!! I warned the rest of the family not to use the ice for drinks! Every vending machine we walked past was out of service. I literally don’t have anything good to say, other than the variety of food offered was good and everything tasted fine, but honestly I felt really uneasy eating the breakfast after seeing how filthy and moldy everything else was in the hotel.

Awesome pool area!! Breakfast was great too, would go back just for the pool. Room was fine, the beds weren't queens which we didn't realize so sharing a bed was tight. Seemed like the employees etc were hard workers and kept up on the breakfast items. Signs/notes around in the breakfast area and pool seemed a little excessive but thats fine. Would stay again when going through Dickinson!

I was there on Memorial Day weekend and the staff were kind. However, I would choose other options if there is a next time. There was no hot water the first day. It broke in the morning so no hot water. Apologies but no discount for something that is included in every hotel's pricing. The AC in my room worked whenever it wanted to work. No worries the temps were in the 40 to 60 degree range so I just cracked open a window and enjoyed the fresh air better. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the poor staff had to be pulling their hair out at breakfast. The room was crowded, spilled cereals all over the floors, noisy like an elementary school cafeteria. My room was a handicap room across from the noisy cafeteria, near the front door, and the stair well to the upper floors so not a quiet stay. This hotel has some kind of indoor water park which would draw kids and families. Nothing against either, just would have liked a quieter stay with working accoutrements. Sheers behind the curtains were dry rotted and ripped in several places. I would recommend close down for a week and bring in a dozen skilled repair guys and fix everything.

I only gave it a 2nd star because the pool area is great for young kids, especially if they need a break from a long car ride. But the rooms are horrible. The first time we stayed in a standard double bed room which was run down, but fine for one night. The next time we booked a king suite, and it was disgusting. The bathroom floor had a big puddle when we checked in. The whole room had a bad smell, but the bathroom was the worst. Everything was also dingy/dirty. The curtain was ripped at the top, and behind the couch probably hasn't been cleaned in months. There was garbage and a ton of crumbs. The dish washer was also full of dishes and had a filled salt shaker? It's frustrating to pay that much money for a gross room. They need some serious updates.

I asked for a quiet room on the top floor only because they are typically quieter. They told me that I was already booked on the first floor. My room was right next to the exterior exit. So I heard people going in and out the door all night long. Also, when I came to my room, my sheets were not clean. I typically stay in hotels more than a 100 nights a year. I am a member of the loyalty program for this chain at the highest level. If this is how this chain treats loyal customers, I'm not impressed. This hotel is truly a disappointing experience. I definitely will not return, and i'm scheduled to be back in town in two weeks.

Positive: The kids loved the pool but we could not go in it after the first day, it was all so dirty Negative: The rooms were not clean, it smelled bad. If you didn?t leave the air conditioning on at all times, you were hot

Our family of 6 stayed in the suite room. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Lots of room to spread out. The rate was very decent. Cheaper to book with them directly than Expedia. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety.
