Comfort Inn White House - Featured Reviews (270)
This is a great hotel. I stay here every time I travel between Florida and Michigan. They hotel is exceptionally clean, and the beds are comfortable and not worn out. Harry at the front desk always provides great customer service. They also have a nice breakfast to get your back on your way. I recommend if you are traveling or visiting Nashville or Bowling Green, not far at all from either destination and the price is right!
This is our second time staying here, within the last two years. It is close to our daughter’s home in White House. We have been very happy with the service that we received as well as very happy with our room being so clean and updated. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We plan to be back in the future again
We were travelling towards New Orleans and wanted somewhere close to Nashville for the night. Hotels in Nashville are horrendously overpriced. The ones we could afford were not ones I would let my dog stay in. We were looking at reviews and decided on another hotel, only to find they had no rooms with two beds, which we needed. The Comfort inn was our second choice, our criteria being clean, free breakfast and indoor pool. The reviews, honestly, were not the best, but we went for it. I don’t know what the problem was with the reviewers with the one and two stars. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room and breakfast area were very clean, the pool was warm and also clean.
We had to book this hotel the night of because the hotel we initially booked was atrocious. This one was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. The room was spotless and we enjoyed breakfast and the pool. Definitely a solid pick. I will stay here again if I am in the area.
The Only Reason Our Service Was Bad Was Cuz The Manager. It Was Like He Had To Get His Moneys Worth In Toilet Paper. The Employees Seemed Hesitant To Help Guest Cuz It Wasn't Profitable For The Manager. Guest Had To Search For Towels And Plungers Cuz Staff Had So Many Restrictions On Giving Supplies And "Leaving The Front Desk" 3 O Clock In Morning An Employee Couldn't Get Permission To Leave The Front Desk To Help A Physically Disabled Guest To Get Toilet Paper. Employees And Hotel Were Great. Manager Was A Jerk.
Ashley did a fantastic job! She was super welcoming and greeted us with a smile. Would 100% recommend!
Don't stay here. Harry Vaidya (the manager) offers terrible customer service. First, he accused me of booking a room for 1 instead of 2, even though I had proof otherwise. Then, I got a misc charge for $75 even though I paid for the room over a month in advance. Instead of refunding me, Harry argued and argued that the additional charge was justified but couldn't explain why. Underwhelming breakfast at best.
Harry, the manager was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, easy distance off highway, easy to park , reasonable room rates.
We were snowbound these past 2 days and Robin and Theresa were absolutely wonderful to us and our girls! They gave us water, got us fruit while out at Walmart and a broom to get snow off our car!! And checked road status for us! We are so grateful fo

Putting this up front: I Freaking Love Taco John's. In a world where Taco Bell is the king of fast food Mexican, and as much as I love Taco Bell, it's nice to have options that aren't Taco Bell. (that's the last time I'll reference Taco Bell). The
