I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! ALL were extremely nice & helpful. I told the cleaning lady about a door hinge being loose & ask if the room was supposed to have a clock. When we returned from going out - both were taken care of in that short period of time! The lady handling the breakfast area was so friendly every morning. Always greeting you with a smile. The front desk personnel were all nice as well! The king suite was awesome - very roomy, clean & the mattress was very comfortable. Conveniently located & within walking distance to restaurants.

I’m so impressed by the front desk clerk she made my day. My Airbnb got screwed up and called and she assisted me with my rooms. Caitlin is great. Glad to stay and me and my company will stay again. However the fan in the bathroom needs fixing.

Lynde, the Assistant General Manager, was fantastic, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Shannon was delightful, thoroughly explaining all the amenities and ensuring we felt at home. The next morning, our breakfast experience was superb, thanks to Ms. Carla. She was a wonderful attendant, ensuring all our little picky eaters had something they enjoyed. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in our stay. Our housekeeper Vanessa was also exceptional. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our room was perfect and we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Ms. Krissy, who truly saved the day. When I needed to book an additional night but faced issues with my bank holding my account, she was patient and extremely helpful. She guided me through the process and provided all the necessary information to secure another night. Overall, the staff's dedication and excellent service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Wow 👌 👏 what a great place to stay while out of town for work. I work in the heat and this hotel stays cool and rooms have new air conditioning feels great coming in here also seeing Caitlin at the front desk is refreshing. Appreciate all she does around here for us

Weird smell in entire hotel. Normally we would pay the same price for a Holiday Inn Express that is much nicer. It was $50 more a night though but still we wish we would have booked it instead. Lady at check in was not friendly. Lady at check out was friendly. Rooms need a face lift. Beds were actually comfortable. Water is brown. There is a sign at the front desk saying you could read the water report. Hotel should provide bottled water in room for guest or warn guest when booking. Breakfast was ok, not terrible.

I enjoyed myself with my friends. Even though the lights went out it still turn out good. The staft was nice and very polite and very helpful. If it was a problem they found a way to fix it. I would gladly stay there again. I would also recommend it to other. Which I did cause my friend books a couple weeks after. Thanks for the great experience

The staff did a great job! The woman at the front desk is fantastic! The staff was very accommodating and very respectful! I kept my Do Not Disturb sign on the door, but they brought it right up to me anytime I needed fresh towels or anything! Great job!

Needed a place to stay after our home was damaged from a rain storm. Easy check in and our entire almost 2 week stay went very well. Kept us stocked with towels and other stuff for our room and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Will definitely come back if we ever need a place to stay in town.
