Check in and check out were fine. The staff were friendly. The room was mostly normal for a hotel. The AC worked really well. The main light fixture did not work, and the only other light in the room was one small lamp. The toilet wouldn't stop running, and the flush handle was loose so I fixed it (no payment necessary, but thank you kind sir). Breakfast absolutely sucked. There were no eggs and sausage or bacon, instead biscuits and gravy. They didn't taste good at all. They freeze all of their fridge items, so the milk separated and tasted spoiled, while the yogurt had a grainy texture. They don't have a drink dispenser for some reason, so your drink options are either disgusting milk or these little half cartons of juice that are still partly frozen. Yeah I said screw that, we went to the QT around the corner for breakfast. We will be staying somewhere else next time we come through unless they get a proper drink dispenser, stop freezing their milk products, and bring back the friggin bacon and eggs

The front desk was friendly enough, the hotel was aged, upon getting in my room, no smoke detector compley removed. my floor was wet.. at first thoguht it was just from shower.. but nope floor was wet.. from AC i presume wwnt to use hair dryer... completely flamed and smkoking...

This place is frickin disgusting. Filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Mold everywhere, wall paper in the bathroom and a strong overwhelming smell of mold in the air, obvious water damage all over the walls and ROACHES dead roaches in the air unit and live ones coming out from there, we had a 2 week stay and the first week alone we saw 3 roaches and killed 2. Also when we arrived pool was closed 4 days straight and I would ask everyday at the front when they would open up again and was told “until further notice” and that it was supposedly closed for “maintenance” however when they opened it up and I finally had the chance to see the pool up close I could see it was full of mold on the sides and piled up dead leaves and bugs in the water, what kind of lazy maintenance was done!? There was zero chance I was going to risk letting my small children swim in there. I asked the lady at the front and she called maintenance to verify if it was supposed to be opened and they told her yes and I asked again “so it’s just always filthy?” And she just replied with a not so helpful shrug. I’ve never hated a hotel until now. I also had issues with the milk served at breakfast being expired. And the climate control in the hallways being way too hot for comfort on days with 100°F weather outside is the final straw! Do not stay here you will fully regret it!.

Would not recommend. Checked in at around 11 pm to check out at 830 am. First off parking area is not well lit. Front desk was ok. My room on the other hand, the carpet in my room had multiple stains and sticky. The bed was horrible if they didn't add the extra padding on top it probably would have killed my body. When we checked out and made the manger aware of the stains and sticky floor she was aware, so I don't understand why the room was given out. Next time I book any hotel I'll make sure I can get my money back, this room was non refundable. NEVER AGAIN

EXCELLENT hotel it is a little far off from the interstate but it was still a great hotel. The service was fantastic, the type of service one would get at a Marriott or a Hilton hotel. The only thing is they really need faster internet connection but other than that it was excellent!

Do not recommend. The pictures online are not accurate. My room smelled like smoke and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Room furniture was beat up and bed dipped in center. I had to buy a febreeze plug in to stand staying the night. The outside doors don't lock and when I went to leave in the morning there were 2 people sprawled out sleeping on the stairwell floor. I went back in and down to the lobby and let them know. They weren't surprised at all and said they let them stay there if it's cold and they weren't dangerous. 😑 I understand people go through tough times but maybe give them an empty room if you're going to do that and let guests get out to their cars. The hotel overall needs some serious renovations and I did not feel safe in that area.

For the price, you cannot complain. There is evidence of homeless in the parking lot at night. The breakfast staff was friendly and there was a warm meal in the morning. For just a basic overnight, this hotel is ok.

I wish I had a dollar for every German cockroach I killed during my one night stay. We were in town for a tournament and there was no vacancy anywhere, because if it was I'd run. So unclean. Mold all over furniture. Blood or BBQ stains on the chair, roaches on the nightstand, floor, walls everywhere. The pool was dark green, I couldn't let me kids swim. I was so shocked. I will never ever ever stay here again.
