The front desk agent was incredibly pleasant. He genuinely appeared to care about our experience.
We stayed on a whim after many hotels were fully booked, and he provided a pleasant experience. My child liked him and even asked if we could come back later while he was there.
Breakfast was enjoyable, brownie points for having regular AND Blueberry Waffles batter.
The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing- fresh towels even.
I thought the hotel was good and provided me what I needed. I booked last minute through the Choice Hotels website, and check in was easy. I forgot his name, the gentleman at the front desk had great customer service skills, very courteous and answered any questions I had. Give that man a raise before another place takes him, because good customer service in Colorado is worth it's weight in gold. At first I thought the rate was a little high for late August, but the fact that the pool and hot tub was open and in good shape, and the free breakfast was the best one I have had in a hotel of this caliber, I left feeling I got what I paid for.
Everything was great. Usually I don't love comfort inns, but the staff here was professional and nice. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The rooms were clean. My expectations were exceeded.
Our family stayed here on our way to Ouray and it was a great hotel! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made check in fast and easy. The pool was cold for an indoor pool but the hot tub helped. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the waffles, we’ll definitely stay here again.
General manager was very accommodating. Room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! Has a well maintained pool & hot tub as well.
My room was very spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The room included wifi, coffee, refrigerator, microwave and all the little bathroom amenities you can think of. There was also a pool and hot-tub spa which was quite enjoyable.
Rooms are clean, hotel is well maintained. Pool is clean. Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly. No gym though. Overall a very safe choice.
Beds were great and rooms were clean. Check in with easy and pool and hot tub was welcomed after a long day Breakfast was well.stocked and attendant kept it clean.

Amazing little place. We stayed in one of the cabins with a fireplace. It was very clean and warmed up really well in the cold weather. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. For being right off the road there wasn't too much road noise the
Excellent experience! The customer service was great and accommodating. It definitely felt like a quaint mountain lodge, which I loved. Great room rate, too. For what I paid, I'd definitely recommend it over a run-of-the-mill chain inn.

We stayed this past weekend just for a quick getaway. It was like stepping back in time. The rooms are very clean, the pool was nice and warm, the hot tubs were great also. We were able to check in early. My son accidentally left his favorite stuf
The kids and I have been staying here for ski trips to Monarch since 2019 - long enough that we've established traditions like playing board games or Uno in the room before we turn in for the night.

Wonderful coffee shop! We stopped in with our 2 kids on the way from crested butte to Denver. They kindly made the kids grilled cheeses (off menu!). Coffee was excellent, and a nice selection of books and toys.
The entire staff is fun and super helpful. Also, if thereâs a shoe you want thatâs not carried, Andrew will order it for you to try on! Excellent range of trail running shoes and fuel - ultra runners work here to give you great advice about shoes
Wonderful house! The views are amazing and inspiring. It is just what you want in a vacation home. Close to many great places to hike or just take a drive. We visited just as the aspens turned and it was breathtaking. The hot tub was a wonderful addi

Their food truck passed through grand junction, was absolutely amazing. We got the tenders and the Philly, both fantastic. The tenders had the perfect skin, was amazing with bbq sauce. The Philly was HUGE, had to use fork n knife and was delicious. W
Much better than going to a coffee shop right in down town. Thereâs lots of space to sit and chill or do some work if you need. We were passing through waiting for our truck to be fixed and this was the perfect spot! They are quick and the coffees
This is one of my favorite breakfast/brunch places in town. They have delicious waffles and coffee, and I always love to come with friends. The staff are very friendly and it has a cool modern vibe, with fun, tasty twists on typical brunch meals. Wou
We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabins are beautiful, clean, and smelled good. The bed was so huge and comfy, loved the private hot tub and community area outside the cabin too. It was a perfect romantic getaway for our anniversary. Cannot rec
