The staff here is amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating. They provided us with local places to eat and even laughed with us when we realized the place we were going to drive to for dinner was literally across the parking lot, so we opted to walk. Rooms were clean. The hotel was extremely noisy, though. Lots of young kids running up and down the halls and knocking on random doors throughout the night. After addressing this issue with the front desk, nothing really changed. Breakfast was good, but seating was arranged in a way where not a lot of people could have sat down and ate in the lobby area.
I would not recommend staying here, especially for any families coming to visit soldiers on base. I booked a room 2 months in advance of my sons graduation from basic training. I confirmed the check in time of 3pm the week prior to our stay. I also checked in with the front desk around noon on the day of our visit and requested a room on the 3rd floor as other family members were already staying on that floor. The receptionist looked up my reservation and informed me this would be no problem. When I attempted to check in at 3pm, I was told housekeeping was still working on our room and it could be awhile. At 4pm I attempted to check in again but this time I was informed there were "maintenance issues" and they would try to locate another hotel in town. I will give them credit for locating another hotel after waiting around in the lobby forever however my son was allowed limited time away from base. This issue caused us to miss out on valuable time with him. I suspect they were overbooked and this is something any reputable hotel should have communicated and addressed ahead of time, especially since the majority of their customers are visiting soldiers on base. They had multiple opportunities to inform me there was a concern and made what should have been a good day a stressful mess. I personally will never stay at another Comfort Inn, a hotel chain that was previously always our families preference.
This hotel seems slightly older on the inside, but everything is clean and comfortable.||Rooms and bathroom are fine. Breakfast is good. The best feature here was the pool being open 24 hours. Most hotels close at 10pm at the latest. After a long day of driving it is wonderful to be able to access the pool, even if it is 11pm or midnight. Not sure why other hotels don't do this but Comfort Inn gets it right.||If you find yourself in the area, stop here.
I am questioning the legitimacy of other reviews. This Comfort Inn is in need of renovation. It is outdated and there is an old musty smell throughout the building. If you are sensitive to allergies, they will likely be triggered as in our case. The lobby looked good, this positive experience was short-lived once we reached the room. The room did not look or feel clean, there was hair on the bed sheets and stains on the floor. There is also a serious issue with privacy. We could hear “everything” from the room next door. We never unpacked, went to another hotel which was up to standards regarding cleanliness/modern and just so happened to be cheaper. We picked this hotel based on the reviews and figured it costs more than many of the other 2-star hotels in the area so it must be better? Wrong. 2 stars to the courteous front desk staff member.
From start. I did not receive the queen size room I booked. Had to downgrade to a twin and I was charged a early check-in fee for checking in at 9 am when that was my contract check-in time(That fee could have been waived). The room and staff was very nice. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The one true negative is that some personal items came up missing. Outside of that. The air quality was fresh and pollution free and the local residents were very welcoming and it was a overall good experience.
Clean, comfortable, great pillows and in general a great stay. Only complaint is that the tub didn't drain properly and it had me standing in ankle depth water if who knows what 😲
The staff is extremely friendly, rooms are very clean ,pillows are awesome, quiet, they always have snacks out ,coffee, water 24 hours ,salt water pool, great breakfast every morning this place is the best I have been to in long time ,good restaurants within walking distance . They have huge comfortable lounge . Love this place
Great location. Very clean, great breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. Beds are comfortable. Towels are very absorbent. In fact, I ordered a set from Amazon for my home. It is where we always and will continue to stay when we visit St. Robert.

First time at a CrossFit gym. Was an awesome experience. Austin and Jessie were gracious enough to let a friend an I use the spaces for few days while we were in town. Highly recommend you check them out. Great workouts. Thanks Jessie and Austin.

Two piece thigh and leg with green beans, biscuit, and unsweet tea. Fantastic! The chicken came out smoking hot and was crispy and juicy. Green beans were so flavorful. I wish I would've gotten more of them. The biscuit was warm and tasted great with
