Comfort Inn Shepherdsville - Louisville South - Hotel in Shepherdsville - 191 Brenton Way, USA

I had the privilege of staying at this hotel as I was traveling through the area. I found the rooms clean, they had oversized bathtubs and new window shades. The property is well maintained. I recommend staying at this hotel the next time you are in the area.

Stayed here for 6 days. Housekeeping was great and all were friendly. Breakfast was amazing and they changed out the food so it wasn't the same thing twice. The front desk was friendly. Beds and pillows were so comfy. I'd stay here again. Thank y'all

Check in was smooth, room was clean, and ac worked well. The only negative, for me, was that the restroom sink area is open to the bedroom. I didn’t realize when I booked. We liked area and enjoyed Cracker Barrel for dinner, next door. The breakfast offered several options. We would stay here again.

This was are 1st night on our 5 day vacation. Beds were horrible as far as comfort, The rooms were clean and the toliet and bath tub was really clean. We could not get over the horrible stinch the hotel had. It smelled as if they shampooed the carpet with some horrible cleaner and it smelled like a wet dog. The hotel smelled like that and it came in our room..if we was not so exhausted from the drive we would have went somewhere else. Dirty wet smelly socks.. bad foot order..a ranchid cleaning water.. who knows it was that bad!!!

We loved our room. Comfortable beds and clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is ready every morning. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Overall it was okay, the staff was nice but the rooms were not super clean. The bathroom could have used a wipe down and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast. Wouldn't be my first choice for a repeat visit.

Clean, comfortable room and a tasty hot breakfast, served by friendly, capable staff. Jennifer at the front desk was patient and kind, as was the gentleman who checked us in after midnight. Would definitely return on our spring break return trip. Very good values and seconds off I-65.

Room was decent overall. I would recommend staying on the highest floor available ,though, as I could hear stomping above me at 1a as the person above me walked across the floor and where I was put on the 1st floor was directly across from the linens room and was noisy throughout the night.
