1. Great service at check-in and I was thanked for being a member. 2. Clean room and comfy bed. 3. Time for some room maintenance. The side tables and other furniture is all beat up and ratty. 4. Great location! 5. Please clean the coffee makers.

We ended up in a room with a connecting door to the adjacent room. Some guys showed up at 3:00 a.m. and we could hear every word of their conversation for the next hour before they finally stopped talking. The room itself was fine except it appeared a dog had previously been in the room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

I got the worst night sleep of my trip here. We took a 6 day trip across states to move. We stayed at 5 hotels, and this one was horrible. The walls are paper thin, and the Inn was noisy all night long. I heard yelling, door slamming, feet stomping, parties, and staff talking very loudly, at all hours of the night. Even when trying to sleep in, because I was woken up so much, and it was out of the question. I was on the first floor, and the noise from the front desk and lobby made sleep impossible. The staff were also very rude, especially the night staff. To top off a truly hideous stay, I found a cockroach in my room as I was cleaning up. I would not recommend ever staying here.

More like Discomfort Inn. Absolutely dreadful. For a $115 room you’d think you’d have a decent stay but I’ve honestly had better rest and more peace at a motel 8. This is an overpriced hotel for the unbelievably loud and uncomfortable time you’ll experience. And god forbid you’re on the bottom floor like we were!! Since 5am til check out it sounded like a wrestling tournament was going on upstairs, all the doors here slam so loud it made me jump up out my sleep which you’d hear no joke every few minutes, and we heard tvs blastinggggg so loud I thought ours was on for a moment. It was impossible to sleep and I’m not a light sleeper so that’s wild. Even more disappointing is that I asked for a late checkout to try and actually catch up on the rest I was hoping to get when even booking a dang room and they claimed all rooms were sold out so they couldn’t, but when I went online you could book a room so clearly a lie. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Only thing nice was the bed but what’s the point of a nice bed if you’re basically listening to a war zone outside your room. Wishing we would have stayed across the street at one of the other hotels instead. Really sucks being this exhausted and needing to finish this long drive home. And feels like we were ripped off. I don’t mind spending $100+ for a room but I expect to have some dang peace.

Not too many places to choose from out of here. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. Pillows were like they're everywhere. But nice and quiet all night.

Positive: Great room for the price. Excellent breakfast. Lovely indoor pool and hot tub. Negative: The fitness center was about as small as a maintenance closet. No air circulation. Both of the only two machines were broken. The tv was located on a wall that was off to the side and behind the equipment. Negative: ""

Beautiful, clean & so comfortable! Staff was awsome & breakfast was good! Will recommend this motel to all my family & friends! We will stay here again on our next trip!

Carolyn was so nice to work with. We got the last hotel room for the night (switched because Super 8 was so horrible). The breakfast was okay. At least the room was clean. Pool was nice.
