12minutes drive from the beach! Concierge area has nice and cold welcome lemon infused water which was really refreshing in hot summer weather! Room was clean and huge for couple with a toddler, kind of 1 Bhk ! Bathroom was large with two doors accessible from the bedroom and the living area! There was small microwave and coffee machine and kitchen sink very much needed when traveling with kids! Wardrobe area was spacious with iron board ! Breakfast served fresh and had good options ! Pancakes, waffles,3-4types of muffins and bagels and breads, Scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, flavored yogurt , 3 types of fruits , cheese , juice, tea and coffee! Would like to visit again and recommend others !
Positive: Very good location. Close to restaurants, stores, beaches, and a short drive to OC MD. Staff was really friendly and the breakfast was not bad. Negative: The only problem was the room we had smelled like stinky socks or dirty laundry. We had to spray scented Lysol heavily to lessen the smell.
My wife, son and I stayed Dec. 1st thru 3rd for the Rehoboth Marathon. We found it to be clean, with a friendly staff. The location was good, short drive to the event. All good! /Smith Family.
Nice stay with 15+ members of my family. Very supportive stuff, neat and clean rooms. Has ample amount of parking space available. Well maintained pool as well. Grocery stores are pretty close. Little issue with the guest dryer which doesn’t seem working at laundry area. Overall very comfortable place to stay.
Positive: I was very satisfied. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. Negative: The mattress was just a little too firm for my taste. I am a side sleeper.
Good location: close to Rehoboth Beach. Lewes Beach, and Bethany Beach. There are five supermarkets are around and Rehoboth center is just minutes away! Very convenient hours of checking in/out (4 pm and 12 noon) and breakfast (6 am to 10 am). Quiet. Very clean room (but some bugs (not bed bugs) were around), comfortable mattresses, but pillows are not soft enough. Windows in the room are blocked. Very well organized breakfast. You will have enough food even if you come for the breakfast almost at 10 am (breakfast is served until 10 am!). Breakfast is fresh, hot, and various: eggs, sausages. yogurts, boiled eggs, bagels, butter, cream cheese, jams, cereal, juices, coffee, muffins and etc.
It tries really hard to present a bit higher end than it is. We stayed 4 nights during the summer and it’s as busy and expensive as it gets. The lobby looks very modern and new. They offer free coffee/tea and lemon water 24/7. Check in went smooth and quick. Parking around the hotel is plentiful and there are several access doors so not a far walk inside. Our room had an almost empty toilet paper roll when we arrived and that kind of set the tone for the rest of the stay. There was a mildew smell coming from the bathroom that got worse as the days went on. Leaving the fan on in the bathroom and closing the door helped a bit. But it hit you in the face every time you walked in. We had our room cleaned once in the middle of the stay and it was…okay. We had towels refreshed and cleaned up and garbage emptied. There was an attempt to remake the bed but they just tossed our pillows up top and pulled the sheets up. Left the ironing board out. The shower made a god awful squeaking noise if you adjusted the sprayer which we had to do as the water pressure is the lowest I’ve ever seen. It was pretty much just spitting on you. The shower faucet was loose and jiggled whenever touched so we had to be careful. The faucet at the sink had a default temp of scalding and we had to keep messing with the handle to get it to cool, which only worked some of the time. The breakfast was good for an included meal. Everyday had eggs and sausage with some days offering egg/cheese omelets, Turkey sausage and kelbasi. There was also a waffle maker that had plain and speciality batters. While we were there was cinnamon, chocolate, strawberry, and blueberry. In addition, there was cereal, muffins, fruit, bagels, English muffins, and yogurt along with condiments (butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, syrups, etc). They had a juice machine with 3 choices and a coffee machine. We arrived on a Wed and it was peaceful and normal until Friday. That’s when the weekend crowds come and the smell of weed permeated the outside and the hallways. It’s supposed to be a no smoking hotel but from Friday till we left on Sunday, our floor and the elevators had a lingering smell of weed. The pool had a constant stream of people and kids. I have no issues with people enjoying the pool as we all have a right to be there but most spread out and treated it as their private area. Lots of running around, jumping, screaming, etc. There was also an increase in people at breakfast and things ran out more quickly. Hallways could be loud later into the evening. All in all, we’d spend the extra money and stay somewhere else I think next time, possibly with an indoor pool as it’s not as popular. If you’re looking for a cheap place to just sleep and eat some free breakfast, this place will do as the location is great. But we like to hang out around the pool and in our room sometimes and it just wasn’t comfortable for this.
The best thing about this place is the location. Close to so many stores, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were also polite and helpful. However, as soon as we walked in the room, we were hit by a foul smell. A damp, moldy and mildew smell. The carpet is not only outdated, but it was filthy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. Lastly, the air conditioner was loud. None of us had a comfortable sleep.

The owners are so kind and accommodating. We always plan a stop every time we visit Dewey. The fresh, made to order donuts are a highlight. Make a point to go here. You will be glad you did.
Transport yourself to the south of France just off the boardwalk in Rehoboth! Fantastic yet simple menu, with a modest but well thought wine list. Our party of 4enjoyed the escargot, cheese and charcuterie plate, steak frites (minus the frites, c'es
I love Towers Beach. Easy parking. Clean, sizeable beach. Life guards on duty. Showers on premise. No boardwalk noise. Just families, sand and ocean. Bring your own food and drinks. Budget friendly family spot.
A great beach, but the waves can and will take you down if you're not vigilant. It's also an exceptionally clean beach since glass bottles and smoking were banned on the beach and most parts of the boardwalk. Just keep in mind that the beach official
