If I could give this hotel less than one Star I would. We are from out of town so we literally had no idea what we were getting into. The room itself was filthy. There was an odor of mildew and mustiness. It was just a very dank place to be. The staff was not friendly at all. Extremely unapproachable. I felt like I was bothering them whenever I needed something. The tricky thing about that is every single time we left our room. The key card would not allow us back into the room so we would have to go back to the front desk to have them fix the card so we could get back in. We would have to wait in line every single time which was a huge inconvenience at the front desk were not very nice about it. The lounge chairs by the pool are quite disgusting. Definitely try to get extra towels so you can lay on those. The carpets in the room just felt moist all the time. The shower was all rusty and brown. There were people outside smoking so you have to walk past that also. Also, the woman who set up the complementary breakfast in the morning, sat there and watched us the entire time and questioned everything we did. When my daughter dumped out her orange juice, she said, why did you dump that out. And I said she dumped it out because there was a bug in it . She had something to say about everything. My daughter spilled some pancake batter, I wiped it up The best I could, and when she came over and saw it, she cleaned it up and was complaining under her breath and shaking her head at us. It was so uncomfortable and awkward. She acted as though she paid for the food with her own money. The only thing I could say good about it is that it was close to many restaurants. And I guess if you are trying to save money and just want a place to lay your head for the night then this is OK

Staff is always cordial. Breakfast attendant does a very good job keeping things stocked and cleaned up. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Room was clean but the bathroom and carpeting could use some updating. No shampoo in the room which I didn't realize until I was stepping into the shower so wasn't about to call down/go down and get any. Breakfast is the usual fare, well stocked and fresh.

We chose this to be close to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Service was friendly and efficient. The first room we got was almost impossible to open the door We found it was not aligned properly and the door face plate was loose. We were able to get another room. That door worked well enough. We were staying 2 nights and found almost no toilet paper in the bath. Two almost completely used rolls, barely enough for a day, never mind 2. So we tracked down the maid to get a roll. The room is a good size, the bathroom is also a good size. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so towels never dry. There is maid service every 3 days unless you request more frequent service. There is an outdoor pool, pretty good size but bees are living somewhere in the cracks near the pool edge. No fitness center. In the room there is bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, no shower gel. The bed is comfortable. There is a card that says you have both hard and soft pillows but they all felt soft and squishy to me, so I found it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast is the usual hotel included breakfast. Overall this place needs some repairs, but it is clean and the staff is good.

If there was a way to rate this hotel a seriously negative number I would. My husband and I drove up from NJ for the Labor Day weekend to visit his brother and his family and when I say I was completely scieved out by the room is a true understatement. The room reaked of musty dirty air along with the smell of mildew and cigarettes. Our bed linens were dirty. The room was dark as hell with no real lighting and the bathroom Jesus even more disgusting. The shower looked filthy. The toilet in the inside was black and on the side was urine probably from other guests that stayed there. The shower If you could even call it a shower was a complete joke. It had absolutely no pressure and we showered with little drops of water. The room is dated, the carpets are disgusting. I have never felt more disgusted with a hotel. The only positive thing I can say is the parking lot is very well lit and quiet. As for the staff I can't speak of because the only person seen was the person at the front desk. To have paid $350 for a 2 night stay was completely ridiculous and outrageous. My family and I will never stay at a Comfort Suite ever again.

I stayed in room 208. The room appeared clean but had a horrible smell that tracked to the AC unit. The bed was hard as a rock, but the sheets were incredibly soft. The check-in and out process was simple, fast, and pleasent with the 2 different people I saw at check-in and then check-out. The location is quite nice; tucked back and away from the noise of nearby busy roads. I wish I could score higher, but with that smell and hard bed, I just won't. I will say that my review through their after stay survey was received as I was replied to by the manager, apologizing for the less than satisfactory stay and that my feedback will be used to make changes, so hopefully that smell will be taken care of and room 208, at the least, will get a new mattress.

The room was okay and almost clean (there was used soap and hair in the bathroom). The bed was horrible. It was deeply sunk in at the middle. No joke, you lay down and roll to the middle. My back is very sore this morning. And for the petty complaints...the hair dryer was broken and the lady at the desk was surely. We absolutely did not get our money's worth. Positive note...there is a great restaurant within walking distance.

Positive: location Negative: The front desk could not be worse. They were confident I did not pay for the room and rudely asked me to pay. I was about to pay but checked my bank app and realized the payment. Then magically the record of the payment showed up in the system!!!

Older rooms with brown and tan decor on walls and carpet. Dark rooms. Pool outside- cold but nicely kept. Breakfast average. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa good and available all the time. Water too. |Only complaints-|-Day 3 we were walking out lobby and asked to have towels and garbage changed in room. Woman behind desk gave us new towels and said put garbage out door. That was rude and annoying as we were walking out. |-Mattress and pillows super soft and hard to get comfortable. |-No shower soap only bar soap

I've been staying at this property whenever I've been in the Cleveland area since 2018. I'm extremely picky when it comes to hotels. The vibes, the smells, obviously the cleanness. The staff here have always been very warm, friendly, and willing to h
